&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;El 17 de diciembre de 2019 el Grupo Parlamentario Socialista ha propuesto substituir su representante suplente en el Consejo Rector del Instituto Balear de la Mujer, a la vista de la dificultad de compaginar agendas por mor de la condición de diputadas tanto de la miembro titular como de la suplente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamento de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;El artículo 8.1 del Decreto 109/2001, de 3 de agosto, por el cual se regulan la organización y el funcionamiento del Instituto Balear de la Mujer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la seguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;1.Cesar la señora Irantzu Fernández i Prieto, vocal suplente del Consejo Rector en representación del Grupo Parlamentario Socialista, agradeciéndole los servicios prestados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;2. Nombrar a la señora Margalida Moll Serra vocal suplente del Consejo Rector, en representación del Grupo Parlamentario Socialista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;3. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
