font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Lo que se publica en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears y en el tablón de anuncios electrónico del sitio web del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia ( </span><span style="color:black">http://www.alcudia.net/ajuntament/ca/</span><span style="color:#000000"> ) , a los efectos establecidos en el artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2.015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="color:#000000">DECRETO DE ALCALDÍA</span></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Visto el informe emitido por el servicio de recursos humanos y por la secretaria, en fecha 10 de diciembre de 2.019, sobre la tasa de reposición y la relación de vacantes disponibles para la oferta pública de empleo de 2.019 del personal funcionario y personal laboral de servicio del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Visto que la propuesta ha sido sometida a negociación en la sesión de fecha 11 de diciembre de 2.019, de la Mesa general de negociación del personal al servicio del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia. </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Por ello y de acuerdo con las atribuciones que me han sido legalmente conferidas por lo establecido en el artículo 21.1.g) de la Ley Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, </span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong><span style="color:#000000">RESUELVO</span></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>PRIMERO.- </strong>Aprobar la oferta de empleo público del año 2019 correspondiente al personal al servicio del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, tal como figuran en los Anexos I y II siguientes, incluida la tasa de reserva para personas con discapacidad, que incluye:</span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">&nbsp;</span></span></p> <ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"> <li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">La oferta de empleo público para el turno libre correspondiente a la tasa de reposición del artículo 19.U.2 de la Ley de Presupuestos Generales del Estado de 2.018 para el personal laboral y personal funcionario.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></li> <li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">La oferta correspondiente a las plazas de turno libre correspondientes a la tasa adicional de estabilización del empleo temporal sólo por lo que respecta al personal funcionario, consistentes en una de tasa adicional del 100% de las plazas de personal funcionario ocupadas de forma temporal ininterrumpidamente al menos durante los tres años anteriores a 31 de diciembre de 2.017. Dado que dichas plazas corresponden sólo a plazas de policía local la convocatoria de las plazas de esta tasa adicional se articularán de acuerdo con lo establecido en la normativa autonómica de aplicación en materia de coordinación de policías locales.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></li> <li style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">La oferta del turno de promoción interna, que incluye una plaza de oficial tractorista, y que no computa en la tasa de reposición.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span></li> </ol> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>SEGUNDO.- </strong>De <strong>la</strong>s plazas de la oferta del Anexo I, las plazas que se indican en el Anexo III quedan vinculadas a la reclasificación de los puestos que estaban dotados presupuestariamente a 31 de diciembre de 2.018 que se indican en el mismo Anexo III, los cuales por motivo de dicha reclasificación quedarán carentes de dotación, por lo que, se deberá tener en cuenta dicha vinculación y efectuar la reclasificación correspondiente en la plantilla presupuestaria.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000"><strong>TERCERO.- </strong>Dar traslado de la presente a la representación del personal, a los efectos oportunos, así como al Departamento de recursos humanos y a la Intervención municipal, a los efectos pertinentes y en relación a la vinculación y reclasificación mencionadas en el punto anterior.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
