2019-12-13 CAIB CAIB 2019-12-17 es 12516 49445 es 49446 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Aprobado en la sesión del Pleno de esta Corporación, celebrado el día 12 de diciembre de 2019, queda definitivamente aprobada la propuesta de acuerdo del presidente del Instituto Mallorquín de Asuntos Sociales (IMAS), de 27 de noviembre de 2019, de modificación de la Relación de Puestos de Trabajo (RPT) del IMAS (expediente administrativo núm. 3/2019), el cual se transcribe a continuación:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Primero.-</strong> Primero. APROBAR la modificación de la RLLF del IMAS en el sentido que consta en el anexo que se adjunta a esta propuesta de acuerdo. </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo.-</strong> ORDENAR la publicación de esta modificación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares que entrará en vigor a partir del día siguiente de su publicación.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Tercero.-</strong> REMITIR copia de esta modificación a la Administración del Estado y la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Interposición de recursos:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra este acuerdo, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, cabe interponer, alternativamente, los siguientes recursos: </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">a) El recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma de Mallorca que corresponda, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares </span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">b) El recurso de reposición potestativo ante el Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca, en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la desestimación expresa del recurso de reposición, puede interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de reposición. Si ha transcurrido un mes desde la interposición del recurso de reposición potestativo y no habéis recibido la notificación de resolución expresa, se entenderá desestimada por silencio e interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de seis meses contados a partir del día siguiente a la desestimación presunta. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No obstante lo anterior, se puede interponer, en su caso, cualquier otro recurso que considere oportuno. Todo ello de conformidad con la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa, y la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las Administraciones públicas. </span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
