    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El artículo 5.1 de la Ley 5/2010, de 16 de junio, reguladora del Consejo Consultivo de las Illes Balears, dispone que el Consejo Consultivo está integrado por diez miembros cuya elección o designación, según corresponda de conformidad con dicha Ley, se realizará entre juristas de competencia y prestigio reconocidos, con más de diez años de ejercicio profesional, que tengan la condición política de ciudadanos o ciudadanas de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 6.1 de la Ley 5/2010, cuatro miembros del Consejo Consultivo serán elegidos por el Parlamento con el voto favorable de las tres quintas partes de los diputados y diputadas, y los otros seis serán designados por el Gobierno. Asimismo, el mencionado artículo 6.1 dispone que los y las miembros del Consejo Consultivo de las Illes Balears serán nombrados por el presidente o la presidenta de las Illes Balears, que establecerá el orden de prelación a efectos de lo previsto en el artículo 7, precepto destinado a regular el procedimiento de elección del presidente o presidenta del Consejo Consultivo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cumplimiento de esta previsión, el Parlamento de las Illes Balears, en fecha 10 de diciembre de 2019, eligió a cuatro personas para ser nombradas miembros del Consejo Consultivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Así mismo, en fecha 13 de diciembre de 2019, el Consejo de Gobierno ha designado a seis miembros del Consejo Consultivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por otra parte, se debe tener en cuenta que, de acuerdo con los párrafos 1.&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; y 4 del artículo 16 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;5/2010, los y las miembros del Consejo Consultivo cesan por expiración del plazo de su nombramiento, aunque continuarán en el ejercicio de sus funciones hasta que no se produzca una nueva designación y toma de posesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por todo ello, y en uso de la atribución que me confiere el artículo 6.1 de la Ley&amp;nbsp;5/2010, de 16 de junio, reguladora del Consejo Consultivo de las Illes Balears, dicto el siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECRETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se nombran miembros del Consejo Consultivo de las Illes Balears los juristas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A efectos de lo establecido en el artículo 7 de la Ley 5/2010, de 16 de junio, reguladora del Consejo Consultivo de las Illes Balears, sobre el procedimiento de elección del presidente o presidenta del Consejo Consultivo de las Illes Balears, el orden de prelación es el que establece el punto anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se agradecen los servicios prestados a los consejeros y consejeras cesantes de conformidad con el artículo&amp;nbsp;16.1.&lt;em&gt;c)&lt;/em&gt; y 16.4 &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;de la Ley 5/2010.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cuarto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Este decreto tiene efectos el mismo día de su publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
