&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:110%"&gt;Mediante la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 22 de gener de 2019 (BOIB núm. 14/2019, de 31 de desembre) se convocó un concurso oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría técnico/técnica especialista en documentación sanitaria dependientes del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:110%"&gt;Por eso y de acuerdo con la base 5.2 de la convocatoria, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:110%"&gt;1. Designar los miembros del tribunal calificador del proceso selectivo, que figuran en el anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:110%"&gt;2. Publicar esta resolución en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:110%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:110%"&gt;Contra esta resolución —que agota la vía administrativa— puede interponerse un recurso de reposición ante el órgano que la dicta en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de la publicación, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, en relación con el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:110%"&gt;También puede interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la jurisdicción contencioso-administrativa en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de esta resolución, de acuerdo con los artículos 8.2 y 46 de la Ley 29 /1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:110%"&gt;contencioso-administrativa, sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso que se considere procedente interponer&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
