&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018 (BOIB núm. 31, de 10 de marzo) se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El carácter estimativo de las cuantías que se prevén en el Plan Estratégico y el tiempo transcurrido desde que se aprobaron, hace necesario ajustar las previsiones contenidas en el anexo, en cuanto a la modificación de una línea y la introducción de una nueva línea de ayudas que debe gestionar el Instituto de Industrias Culturales de las Illes Balears (ICIB) adscrito en la Consejería de Presidencia, Cultura e Igualdad. Así, se propone una nueva línea de subvención dentro del Objetivo Y, Diversificación del modelo económico, I.8 mejora de la competitividad de las Industrias Culturales de las Illes Balears empresariales que tiene como finalidad la convocatoria de una subvención para conceder ayudas destinadas al fomento de las industrias culturales mediante ayudas destinadas a la adquisición&amp;nbsp; de equipos y maquinaria nueva que suponga la mejora y la modernización de los sistemas de gestión y sistemas productivos, promoción e implantación de la transformación digital a la industria cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Con esta convocatoria se daría cumplimiento a una de las competencias esenciales de la ICIB: fomentar el desarrollo de las empresas relacionadas con las industrias culturales y asesorar nuevas empresas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Por otra parte, se propone la modificación de las líneas de subvención IV.2.6 e IV.2.8, anteriormente asignadas al Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos, dado que se corresponden con competencias propias del ICIB desde el pasado 1 de enero de 2019, por lo cual hay que modificar la administración que la gestiona, además de concretar las anualidades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. En el apartado 3 del Acuerdo de Consejo de Gobierno mencionado se delega la aprobación y las eventuales modificaciones del anexo en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones en la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Corresponde, por lo tanto, a la persona titular de la Consejería de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores la aprobación y/o modificación del anexo en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. El artículo 25 de la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt; Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El Decreto 9/2019, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se determina la composición del Gobierno y se establece la estructura de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. El Decreto 10/2019, de 2 de julio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se dispone el nombramiento de los miembros de Gobierno de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;, mediante el cual se nombra la señora Rosario Sánchez Grau, consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Aprobar la modificación del anexo en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; introduciendo una nueva línea de subvenciones y modificar otra en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Modernización de los sistemas de gestión y sistemas productivos, promoción e implantación de la transformación digital a la industria cultural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objetivos y efectos:&lt;/strong&gt; contribuir en la adquisición de equipos y la modernización de las industrias culturales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Coste:&lt;/strong&gt; 600.000 euros (2019: 300.000€; 2020: 300.000 €)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
