			&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Elaborar, implementar, dinamizar y, si es necesario, dirigir y valorar proyectos de intervención sociocultural relativos a las áreas de Fiestas, Ferias, Mercados, Cultura y Juventud, teniendo en cuenta la coordinación del o de la jefa técnica operativa de Cultura y de acuerdo con las directrices de la regidoría correspondiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Colaborar en el diseño y la planificación de los entornos, períodos y ámbitos donde se tienen que desarrollar las actividades a realizar por las áreas de Fiestas, Ferias, Mercados, Cultura y Juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Colaborar en el diseño, implementación y evaluación de actividades lúdicas, culturales y, si es necesario, fisicorecreativas que promueva el Ayuntamiento de Alaior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Dinamizar grupos aplicando técnicas participativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Realizar controles, seguimiento y evaluaciones de las actividades realizadas con la finalidad, si es necesario, de corregirlas y mejorarlas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Programar, implementar y evaluar actividades socio-educativas dirigidas a la población juvenil, entre otros sectores poblacionales, que se prevea dinamizar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Difundir los programas y las actividades a realizar, a los efectos de que lleguen a todos aquellos sectores a los que vayan dirigidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
