&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018 (BOIB núm. 31, de 10 de marzo) se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El carácter estimativo de las cuantías que se prevén en el Plan Estratégico y el tiempo transcurrido desde que se aprobaron, hace necesario ajustar las previsiones contenidas en el anexo, en cuanto a determinadas líneas de ayudas que deben gestionar las Direcciones Generales de Movilidad y Transporte terrestre, y de Arquitectura y Vivienda, de la Consejería de Movilidad y Vivienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;El Plan Director Sectorial de Movilidad de las Illes Balears tiene entre otros objetivos planificar las actuaciones encaminadas a mejorar la movilidad sostenible y fomentar la transición energética de los vehículos hacia sistemas de combustión menos contaminantes, por lo cual, mediante el Acuerdo de Consejo de Gobierno de 26 de octubre de 2018, se aprobó la financiación del Proyecto de transición energética de los vehículos de transportes de mercancías y viajeros, cosa que supone la necesidad de modificar el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones para incluir la Dirección General de Movilidad y Transporte Terrestre. Concretamente se añade una nueva línea al objetivo V, Sostenibilidad del entorno y medio natural, línea 2, movilidad sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Por otro lado, el consejero de Territorio, Energía y Movilidad dictó el 17 de julio de 2018 una resolución de convocatoria de subvenciones con la cofinanciación en un 50% con cargo al Programa Operativo FEDER 2014-2020 de las Illes Balears, para llevar a cabo actuaciones en materia de protección y conservación del patrimonio cultural de las Illes Balears. Dado el remanente existente de esta convocatoria se prevé publicar una nueva. Así, teniendo en cuenta que de acuerdo con la normativa europea (Decisión CCI 2014SE16RFOP006), en estas convocatorias se consideran gastos subvencionables si los beneficiarios han llevado a cabo las obras y efectivamente las han pagado antes del 31 de diciembre de 2023, se hace necesario redistribuir la cantidad destinada al coste de estas subvenciones incrementando a la vez las anualidades a las cuales se deben aplicar, cosa que supone la necesidad de modificar el vigente Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones. En concreto el objetivo VI, Acceso a la enseñanza y la cultura, línea 6, conservación y promoción del patrimonio cultural&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. En el apartado 3 del Acuerdo de Consejo de Gobierno mencionado se delega la aprobación y las eventuales modificaciones del anexo en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones a la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Corresponde, por lo tanto, a la persona titular de la Consejería de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores la aprobación y/o modificación del anexo en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. El artículo 25 de la&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt; Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El Decreto 9/2019, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se determina la composición del Gobierno y se establece la estructura de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. El Decreto 10/2019, de 2 de julio&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se dispone el nombramiento de los miembros de Gobierno de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;, mediante el cual se nombra la señora Rosario Sánchez Grau, consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Aprobar la modificación del anexo en el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018, introduciendo una nueva línea de subvenciones y modificar otra en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Objetivos y efectos:&lt;/strong&gt; impulsar la adquisición o transformación de vehículos de transporte de mercancías y viajeros alimentados con GNC y GLP; conseguir que las Illes Balears sean un referente en cuestión de movilidad sostenible y fomentar la actividad económica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Coste:&lt;/strong&gt; 1.998.330,58 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Convocatoria:&lt;/strong&gt; anual (2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Disponer que esta Resolución desarrolle sus efectos desde la fecha de publicación en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
