    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Al no haberse presentado reclamaciones durante el plazo de exposición al público, queda automáticamente elevado a definitivo el Acuerdo plenario provisional del Ayuntamiento de Sant Joan de Labritja de fecha 30 de septiembre de 2019, sobre la modificación de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por la utilización de las instalaciones deportivas municipales, cuyo texto íntegro se hace público en cumplimiento del artículo 17.4 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EXPEDIENTE 886/2019: PROPUESTA DE DICTAMEN SOBRE APROBACIÓN DE LA ORDENANZA FISCAL&amp;nbsp; REGULADORA DE LA TASA&amp;nbsp; POR LA UTILIZACIÓN DE INSTALACIONES DEPORTIVAS MUNICIPALES.-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por orden de la Alcaldía se expone al Pleno Municipal la propuesta dictaminada&amp;nbsp; por la Comisión Informativa Permanente Especial de Cuentas, Economía, Hacienda y Resto de Áreas del Ayuntamiento, que dice:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Visto el &lt;strong&gt;expediente 886/2019&lt;/strong&gt; tramitado para la &lt;strong&gt;Modificación de la Ordenanza Fiscal Reguladora de la Tasa por la Utilización de las Instalaciones Deportivas&amp;nbsp; Municipales&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;_&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Considerando que el artículo 20.4.o)&amp;nbsp;del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo -TRLRHL-, permite exigir tasas por la prestación del servicio de piscina, instalaciones deportivas y otros análogos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;_&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Considerando que los municipios tienen competencia en materia de promoción del deporte e instalaciones deportivas y de ocupación del tiempo libre, en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 25.2.l) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local -LRBRL-, en su redacción dada por la Ley 27/2013, de 27 de diciembre, de racionalización y sostenibilidad de la Administración Local -LRSAL-, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;_&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resultando que se han incorporado al expediente todos los documentos exigidos por el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales y, en especial, el estudio económico-financiero previsto en su artículo 25 en su redacción dada por la Ley 2/2015, de 30 de marzo, de desindexación de la economía española.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;_&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Considerando que el contenido de la Modificación de la Ordenanza Fiscal se ajusta a lo exigido por el artículo 16 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:white"&gt;__&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Comisión Informativa Permanente Especial de Cuentas, Economía, Hacienda y Resto de Áreas del Ayuntamiento &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;dictamina favorablemente y propone al pleno la adopción del siguiente &lt;strong&gt;ACUERDO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primero.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Aprobar la modificación de la Ordenanza Fiscal Reguladora de la&amp;nbsp; Tasa por la Utilización de las Instalaciones Deportivas Municipales, en los términos en que figura en el expediente con la redacción que a continuación se recoge:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODIFICACIÓN DE LA ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA POR LA UTILIZACIÓN DE LAS INSTALACIONES DEPORTIVAS&amp;nbsp; MUNICIPALES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 1.º- CONCEPTO.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En conformidad con el que prevé el artículo 58, en relación con el artículo 20.3, ambos del RDL 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, el Ayuntamiento de San Juan de Labritja establece la tasa para la utilización de instalaciones deportivas municipales especificadas a las Tarifas contenidas en el apartado 2 del artículo 3.º siguiente, que se regirá para la presente ordenanza.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 2.º- OBLIGADOS AL PAGO.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Está obligado al pago de la tasa regulada en esta ordenanza quién se beneficie de los servicios, instalaciones o actividades prestadas o realizadas por este Ayuntamiento, a que se refiere el artículo anterior.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Estará exento del pago de la tasa el personal funcionario, laboral y el personal interino de más de un año de antigüedad, cónyuges e hijos.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se establece una bonificación del 50% de reducción sobre las tasas fijadas en todos los apartados de las instalaciones deportivas municipales para los Hoteles Rurales y Agroturismos (del municipio), y una bonificación del 15% de reducción para el resto de establecimientos hoteleros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 3.º- CUANTÍA.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;La cuantía de la tasa regulada en esta ordenanza será la fijada en la tarifa contenida en el apartado siguiente, por cada uno de los distintos servicios o actividades.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La tarifa de esta tasa será la siguiente:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Epígrafe primero:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Utilización de instalaciones deportivas municipales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tasas por la utilización de las instalaciones deportivas municipales:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Camp de Fútbol municipal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Por entrenamiento o partido (2 h.) con luz diurna – 90,00€&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Por entrenamiento o partido (2 h.) con luz artificial – 120,00€&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Pistas de Tenis.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Por usuario con luz diurna (1 h. por persona) – 3,00€ residentes / 4,00€ no residentes&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Por usuario con luz artificial (1 h. por pers.) – 6,00€ residentes / 8,00€ no residentes&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Pistas Polideportivas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Por entrenamiento o partido (2 h.) con luz diurna – 12,00€ resid. / 15,00 € no resid.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Por entrenamiento o partido (2 h.) con luz artificial – 18,00€ resid. / 20,00€ no resid.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por los servicios de monitor una vez por semana, precio por curso escolar y niño 35€.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;b.- Uso por Colegios de otros municipios:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por los servicios de monitor una vez por semana, precio por curso escolar y niño 55€.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;NORMAS DE GESTIÓN&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="upper-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las personas y entidades interesadas en la cesión de uso y servicios del Salón de Actas del Edificio Polivalente y otras instalaciones del Campo Municipal de Deportes, lo tendrán que solicitar por escrito al Sr. Alcalde-Presidente. Junto con la solicitud se tendrá que adjuntar la documentación pertinente (acreditación de residencia o sede social, acreditación de entidad no lucrativa, fotografías, memoria de la actividad etc., según los casos).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La condición de residente al Municipio de San Juan de Labritja se acreditará mediante el certificado del último Padrón Municipal de Habitantes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La condición de entidad con sede social al Municipio de San Juan de Labritja se acreditará intermediando fotocopia de la escritura de constitución debidamente inscrita. La condición de entidad no lucrativa se acreditará intermediando fotocopia de los estatutos debidamente legalizados.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las condiciones para la utilización de las instalaciones y servicios por terceros serán fijadas por el Ayuntamiento que tendrán que ser aceptadas por los usuarios.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Los horarios y días de utilización y servicios serán fijados por el Ayuntamiento de San Juan de Labritja, atendiéndose en todos los casos a las necesidades prioritarias de las instalaciones y servicios del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Una vez autorizada la utilización de las instalaciones o servicios se podrá hacer efectivo el importe de los precios establecidos a las oficinas municipales. Las cuotas se abonarán antes de entrar en el recinto o recibir el servicio.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Jubilados.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se establece una cuota con derecho a utilización de las instalaciones deportivas municipales para usuarios jubilados a partir de 60 años, con una cuota 50% de reducción sobre las tasas fijadas en todos los apartados de las distintas instalaciones deportivas municipales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Familias numerosas, Disminuidos Físicos y Psíquicos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se establece una cuota con el derecho a la utilización de las instalaciones deportivas municipales por los usuarios que pertenecen a familias numerosas y usuarios con minusvalías físicas o psíquicas, que consistirá en una reducción del 50% sobre las cuotas fijadas en todos los apartados de las diferentes instalaciones deportivas municipales.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Para la aplicación de la reducción en el caso de usuarios que pertenecen a familia numerosa tendrán que acreditar su condición y estar en posesión del carné o documento que especifique su pertenencia a la familia numerosa.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En el caso de usuarios con minusvalías físicas o psíquicas se solicitará certificado que acredite su minusvalía para la aplicación de la reducción.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 4.º- NORMAS DE GESTIÓN.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tendrán la consideración de abonados de las instalaciones quienes lo soliciten&amp;nbsp; al Ayuntamiento mediante instancia dirigida al Sr. Alcalde Presidente haciendo constar edad y domicilio.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Una vez comprobado que la solicitud reúne todas las condiciones exigidas se entregarán dos fotografías formato carné por persona, y será expedido el correspondiente carné.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 5.º- TRIBUTACIÓN.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;El tributo se considerará meritado simultáneamente a la utilización de los bienes y servicios objeto de esta ordenanza, y las cuotas, excepto las de abono, se recaudarán en el momento de entrar en el recinto.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 6.º- INFRACCIONES Y SANCIONES TRIBUTARIAS.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las infracciones y fraudes de los derechos de este tributo municipal se sancionarán con multas en la cuantía autorizada por la Ley de Régimen Local, Haciendas Locales y otras disposiciones vigentes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;PARTIDAS FALLADAS&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se considerarán partidas falladas las cuotas legalmente impuestas que no puedan hacerse efectivas por procedimiento de apremio. Para su declaración se instruirá el oportuno expediente, la aprobación del cual será competencia del Pleno.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;DISPOSICIÓN FINAL&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La presente Ordenanza Fiscal fue aprobada inicialmente por el Pleno de la Corporación en Sesión Ordinaria celebrada …&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segundo.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Dar al expediente la tramitación y publicidad preceptiva, mediante exposición del mismo en el tablón de anuncios de este Ayuntamiento y en el BOIB de treinta días hábiles, dentro de los cuales los interesados podrán examinarlo y plantear las reclamaciones que estimen oportunas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Asimismo, estará a disposición de los interesados en la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento [http://santjoandelabritja.sedelectronica.es].&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tercero.-&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Considerar, en el supuesto de que no se presentasen reclamaciones al expediente, en el plazo anteriormente indicado, que el acuerdo es definitivo, en base al artículo 17.3 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;EL PLENO ACUERDA POR UNANIMIDAD APROBAR LA PRECEDENTE PROPUESTA DE MODIFICACIÓN DE LA ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA POR LA UTILIZACIÓN DE LAS INSTALACIONES DEPORTIVAS MUNICIPALES EN LOS TÉRMINOS EN QUE SE HA TRANSCRITO.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra el presente Acuerdo, conforme al artículo 19 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, se podrá interponer por los interesados recurso contencioso-administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, ante el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
