que contra el acuerdo de aprobación inicial del expediente de modificación de crédito núm. 16 al Presupuesto de 2018 prorrogado para el año 2019,&nbsp; en la modalidad de crédito extraordinario con cargo al remanente de tesorería para gastos generales, por un importe de 777.144,44 euros, de los cuales 679.144,44 euros van a cargo del superávit presupuestario y el resto, por importe de 98.000 euros, van a cargo del remanente de tesorería para gastos generales de libre disposición, adoptado por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión de 31 de octubre de 2019,&nbsp; no se ha presentado&nbsp; ninguna reclamación, por la cual cosa queda aprobado definitivamente, de acuerdo con el siguiente detalle:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
