    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 117, de 23 de septiembre de 2017, se publicó el Decreto 46/2017, de 22 de septiembre, por el que se regulan los premios anuales Esports IB, los cuales, de acuerdo con el artículo 1, tienen por objeto honorar y reconocer la actividad deportiva de personas, deportistas, equipos, clubes y entidades relacionadas con el ámbito de la actividad física y el deporte. El artículo 2 establece que los premios son de carácter anual y de naturaleza honorífica, no retribuida, y que no generan ningún efecto económico. Las distinciones, que consisten en un galardón con una imagen representativa de las Illes Balears, son personales e intransferibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Según el artículo 6 del Decreto 46/2017, corresponde a la Asamblea Balear del Deporte formular las propuestas o candidaturas de cada una de las modalidades convocadas de los galardones deportivos y de las menciones al mérito deportivo de las Illes Balears. El artículo 7 regula el Jurado como órgano colegiado al que corresponde valorar las propuestas o candidaturas presentadas por la Asamblea Balear del Deporte, cuya presidenta es la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otro lado, el artículo 9 del Decreto 46/2017 dispone que el Jurado, mediante su presidenta, debe elevar los nombres de los candidatos propuestos por la Asamblea Balear del Deporte al Consejo de Gobierno, el cual tiene que adoptar el acuerdo de concesión de los premios y las menciones. Este acuerdo se notificará a las personas interesadas o, en su caso, a sus familiares, y se publicará en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mediante la Resolución de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de 20 de agosto de 2019, publicada en el BOIB núm. 131, de 26 de septiembre, se estableció la convocatoria de los premios anuales Esports IB 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el marco de esta convocatoria, el 23 de octubre de 2019 se reunió la Asamblea Balear del Deporte para hacer la propuesta de las candidaturas a los premios y menciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El 18 de noviembre de 2019 tuvo lugar la sesión en la que el Jurado de los premios anuales Esports IB realizó las votaciones para elegir las candidaturas galardonadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, y de acuerdo con el artículo 9 del Decreto 46/2017 y el apartado 7.1 del anexo de la Resolución de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes de 20 de agosto de 2019, el Consejo de Gobierno, a propuesta de la consejera de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, en la sesión de 5 de desembre de 2019 adoptó, entre otros, el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.&lt;/strong&gt; Otorgar los premios anuales Esports IB 2019, que son los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Premios para cada categoría&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— «Ponemos valores al deporte»: Selección Balear de Balonmano cadete masculino.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Promesa masculina: Sr. Joan Cardona Méndez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Promesa femenina: Sra. Andrea Perelló y Sra. Neus Ballester.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Mejor deportista femenina: Sra. Cintia Rodríguez Rodríguez.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Mejor deportista masculino: Sr. Rudy Fernández Farrés y Sr. Sergi Llull Melià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Mejor deportista de deporte adaptado masculino: Sr. Alejandro Sánchez Palomero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Mejor deportista de deporte adaptado femenino: Sra. Violeta del Reino Díez de Valle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Mejor equipo femenino: Avarca Menorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Mejor equipo masculino: RCD Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Mejor técnico: Sr. Carlos Moyá Llompart. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Mejor técnica: Sra. Juana María Garro Gomila.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Premio honorífico: Sr. Mateu Cañellas Roca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Menciones al mérito deportivo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Sr. Pere Antoni Gomila Quetglas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Sra. Carmen Martín Ardura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Sra. Lucía Gómez Andreu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;— Sra. Esther León de Mota.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
