En relación con las citadas revisiones, los <strong>vehículos de sustitución</strong> deben pasar la revisión anual en el período obligatorio fijado. <strong>La revisión se hace del 14 al 17 de abril de 20</strong><strong>20</strong> en las dependencias municipales del Palacio de Deportes de Son Moix, y <strong>deberán presentar</strong> la documentación relativa al vehículo de sustitución con el que acudan, la del vehículo adscrito a la licencia del titular, la del titular de la licencia, y el contrato de alquiler en vigor. <strong>Comienza a las 11:00 horas, y finaliza a las 12:00 horas. No se atenderá a vehículos de sustitución que acudan a revisión fuera de estas fechas, ni en la semana prevista para revisiones en periodo obligatorio.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">Para poder presentarse a la revisión municipal de taxis <strong>es requisito indispensable</strong> exhibir el <strong>original</strong> de los once documentos referidos en el artículo 41 del Reglamento municipal de los Transportes públicos de viajeros. Previo a la revisión, deberá abonarse la tasa por revisión establecida en la Ordenanza fiscal 311,04. Se exhibirá el documento de ingreso (autoliquidación) en el momento de la revisión.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">El incumplimiento de la obligatoria revisión anual determinará la aplicación del régimen sancionador contemplado en el Título cuarto del vigente Reglamento municipal de los Transportes públicos de viajeros y de las actividades auxiliares y complementarias, así como las previsiones del artículo 71 del referido Reglamento municipal, en cuanto a la inmovilización y depósito del vehículo afectado por parte de la Policía local.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif">Los vehículos habitualmente utilizados en sustituciones provisionales por avería también pasarán revisión técnica durante alguna de las jornadas previstas.
