Revisión anual de vehículos de tracción animal 2020 ]] ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Providencia de Alcaldía</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se hace saber a los titulares de Licencias de Galeras, que de conformidad con los artículos 32 y 33 del vigente Reglamento Municipal del Servicio de transporte urbano de viajeros con vehículo de tracción animal (Galeras), la revisión anual prevista para el año 2020, se llevará a cabo según las siguientes condiciones y calendario:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Para las galeras que operan en Palma, incluidas las asignadas al estacionamiento de la calle Conquistador, se efectuará durante la jornada y horario indicado, referido a las licencias cuyo número expresamente se indica para la revisión ordinaria, en las instalaciones de los servicios veterinarios equinos EQvet Son Pardo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Para las galeras que operan en la zona del Arenal, durante las jornada y horario indicado, referido a las licencias cuyo número expresamente se indica para la revisión ordinaria, en las instalaciones de los servicios veterinarios equinos EQvet Son Pardo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Practicada la revisión ordinaria, en el mismo lugar se realizará la correspondiente revisión en segunda convocatoria, destinada a las galeras que no hayan acudido a la revisión ordinaria o les quede pendiente la subsanación de deficiencias, en las fechas y horario que así mismo se indica.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; Deberá comparecer con la documentación que se relaciona en el artículo 41.1 y 2, con la que justifique hallarse al corriente de las cotizaciones de la Seguridad Social, de alta a efectos del Impuesto de Actividades Económicas y Prima del Seguro, así como justificante de abono de la tasa municipal por inspección de vehículos del servicio de transporte urbano, establecida en la correspondiente Ordenanza fiscal.</p> <p>5. Se incluyen en la programación de la revisión una convocatoria de caballos adscritos a galeras con incorporación múltiple de animales. Los caballos en esta situación, disponen de esta posibilidad adicional de revisión para solucionar las dificultades originadas por la multiplicidad. Fuera de estas fechas, todas las incorporaciones de caballos tendran que solicitar la revisión por incorporación de un nuevo cavallo y pagar la tasa correspondiente.</p> <p>6. Todos los caballos presentados irán debidamente identificados mediante el sistema oficial reconocido en la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. Esta identificación consistirá y estará obligatoriamente acreditada mediante el Documento de Identificación Equino (DIE) o pasaporte y el ‘transponder' electrónico o microchip implantado al animal, con las correspondientes etiquetas del código numérico en el documento identificativo.</p> <p>7. Así mismo se presentará la Tarjeta de Movimiento Equino de la Conselleria d'Agricultura i Pesca del Govern Balear (DNI equino) que autoriza los desplazamientos y libre movimiento en toda la Comunidad Autonoma. Igualmente se requiere acreditación de los tratamientos preventivos (vacunas) ante la Influenza Equina y Tétanos que se hayan realizado en los últimos doce meses, con el sello y la firma del veterinario responsable designado por el titular de la licencia.</p> <p>8. Las guarniciones de los animales llevarán taladrado el número de la licencia y las herraduras de las caballerías serán solo de goma, cumpliendo el artículo 25 del Reglamento del servicio.</p> <p>9. Podrán acudir también a la revisión, en las fechas indicadas, otras galeras que actualmente estén en situación de suspensión del servicio, cuando pretendan reiniciarlo próximamente. Para ello, el titular deberá efectuar la pertinente consulta previa ante la Sección de Transportes.</p> <p>10. Para facilitar la práctica de la revisión, los técnicos municipales competentes y agentes de la Policía Local, se reunirán con los galeristas que quieran acudir a una sesión informativa, que se convoca para el día 4 de marzo a las 10.00 horas, en las dependencias del Área de Movilidad, en la avenida de Sant Ferran, o el lugar que determine el Ayuntamiento, con una duración aproximada de una hora. Los galeristas podrán asistir personalmente o representados por la asociación en la que estén integrados.</p> <p>11. Para mejorar la calidad del servicio y del bienestar animal, el mismo día de la sesión informativa del día 4 de marzo, se darán unas charlas por parte del equipo veterinario sobre conceptos básicos equinos. La asistencia a esta sesión es muy recomendable para poder pasar con éxito la Revisión anual.</p> <p>12. Con independencia de la revisión periódica anual, las revisiones específicas para autorizar la adscripción de caballos del artículo 23 del Reglamento municipal regulador del servicio, se realizarán a las diez horas de las jornadas coincidentes en jueves, en las dependencias de la Policía Local, en avenida Sant Ferran, previa determinación del Departamento de Movilidad en cada caso y a partir de las solicitudes de los interesados y justificante de abono de la tasa municipal correspondiente para realizar dicha revisión específica.</p> <p>13.
