    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por parte del Sr. Alcalde en fecha 5 de noviembre de 2019 se dictó el siguiente decreto de alcaldia:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;“DECRETO DE ALCALDIA 214/2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 43 y 44 del Real Decreto 2568/1986 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, mediante el que se aprueba el reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales, así como los artículos 20 y siguientes de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local y dada la necesidad de formalizar la organización y estructura del gobierno municipal, con el fin de agilizar los servicios correspondientes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Efectuar la delegación para la gestión de las atribuciones correspondientes a las áreas que se indican a continuación en favor de los concejales siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Señora Alexandra Raquel Ripoll:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Áreas de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Servicios Sociales, Educación, Sanidad, Cooperación, Igualdad y Juventud&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Señor Miquel J Estrados Gómez:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Áreas de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Urbanismo, Planeamiento, Obras Públicas, Movilidad&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Señora Magdalena Gomis Martorell&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Áreas de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Promoción cultural y Económica,, Segunda Edad y Personas Mayores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Señor Eladio Tomás Arruga:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Áreas de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aguas, Mantenimiento y Gestión del núcleo de Galilea&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Alcalde asume todo el resto de las competencias señaladas en el artículo 21 del de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local, y especialmente las de Función Pública, Seguridad Ciudadana, Medio Ambiente, patrimonio Bienestar Animal, Deportes, Economía y Hacienda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;.- Dar cuenta del presente decreto al Pleno de la Corporación en la primera sesión que se celebre, notificarlo a los interesados ​​y ordenar la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. todo ello, sin perjuicio de su efectividad desde que se dicte la presente resolución.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
