CAIB 48212 CAIB 12147 950 2019-12-05 text/html CAIB ![CDATA[Aprobación MC 05/2019]] ![CDATA[<p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"><span style="color:#000000; font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">De conformidad con lo que disponen los arts. 112 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del Régimen Local, y el artículo 169.1 del R.D.L. 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, se encuentra en exposición pública, a los efectos de eventuales reclamaciones, la Modificación del Presupuesto 05/2019 aprobada inicialmente por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión ordinaria celebrada el dia 26 de septiembre de 2019.</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">Los interesados legitimados según lo dispuesto en el artículo 170.1 del R.D.L. 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, y por los motivos taxativamente enumerados en el núm. 2 del mencionado artículo, podrán presentar reclamaciones con sujeción a los siguientes trámites:</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">a) Plazo de exposición y admisión de reclamaciones: Quince dias hábiles contados a partir del dia siguiente a la publicación de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">b) Oficina a la que debe ir dirigido: Registro General, oficinas municipales.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">c) Órgano ante el cual se reclama: Pleno del Ayuntamiento.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:#000000">En el supuesto de que no se presente ninguna reclamación, el acuerdo de aprobación inicial será elevado a definitivo, sin necesidad de adoptar nuevo acuerdo.
