    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Una vez resueltas las reclamaciones y aprobada definitivamente la ordenanza reguladora del precio público por la prestación de los servicios de la escuela municipal de educación infantil de Pollença en sesión plenaria de fecha 28 de noviembre de 2019, se publica el texto íntegro de la Ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;33 ORDENANZA REGULADORA DEL PRECIO PÚBLICO POR LA PRESTACIÓN DE LOS SERVICIOS DE LA ESCUELA MUNICIPAL DE EDUCACIÓN INFANTIL DE POLLENÇA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ARTÍCULO 1.- Concepto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 127, en relación con el artículo 41, ambos del texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo (TRLRHL), este Ayuntamiento establece el precio público por la prestación del servicio de la guardería municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;ARTÍCULO 2.- Obligados al pago y devengo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Están obligadas al pago del precio público regulado en la presente ordenanza las personas solicitantes de las prestaciones del servicio o, si no es así, los padres y tutores del niño beneficiado. Se devengará en el momento de hacer la reserva de plaza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;ARTÍCULO 3.- Cuantía y bonificaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La cuantía del precio público regulado en esta ordenanza es el establecido en las tarifas recogidas en el anexo de la ordenanza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000; font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;Bonificaciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Las familias que tengan la consideración legal de numerosas y unos ingresos iguales o inferiores a dos veces y media el salario mínimo interprofesional anual definido por la normativa de aplicación (SMI * 2,5) disfrutarán de una bonificación del 50% en concepto de servicios educativos y en los casos que los ingresos sean iguales o inferiores a una vez y media el SMI (SMI * 1,5) disfrutarán de una bonificación del 75% una vez hayan entregado la solicitud en el Registro General de Entrada. Las bonificaciones no son acumulables.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta circunstancia se acreditará mediante la aportación del título de familia numerosa expedido por la autoridad competente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. Las familias que tengan más de un niño escolarizado en el centro disfrutarán de una bonificación del 10% en concepto de servicios educativos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Las familias monoparentales con unos ingresos iguales o inferiores a una y tres cuartos el salario mínimo interprofesional (SMI * 1,75) disfrutarán de una bonificación de un 50% en concepto de servicios educativos y en los casos que los ingresos sean iguales o inferiores a una vez y media el salario mínimo interpofesional (SMI * 1,5) disfrutarán de una bonificación del 75%, una vez hayan entregado la solicitud en el Registro General de Entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. Las mujeres víctimas de violencia de género y en riesgo de exclusión social disfrutarán de una bonificación del 80% en concepto de servicios educativos, una vez hayan entregado la solicitud en el Registro General de Entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. Si se acredita que la guarda y custodia del niño es del padrinos o de otros familiares con unos ingresos iguales o inferiores a dos veces y media el salario mínimo interprofesional anual definido por la normativa de aplicación (SMI * 2 , 5) disfrutarán de una bonificación del 50% en concepto de servicios educativos, y en los casos que los ingresos sean iguales o inferiores a una vez y media el SMI (SMI * 1,5) disfrutarán de una bonificación del 75% , una vez hayan entregado la solicitud en el Registro General de Entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. Las familias que tengan un niño con necesidades específicas de apoyo educativo disfrutarán de una bonificación del 20% en concepto de servicios educativos una vez hayan entregado la solicitud en el Registro General de Entrada y la acreditación adecuada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. Las unidades familiares con una renta conjunta inferior a dos veces y media el salario mínimo interprofesional anual definido por la normativa de aplicación (SMI * 2,5) disfrutarán de una bonificación de un 50% en concepto de servicios educativos, y en los casos que los ingresos sean iguales o inferiores a una vez y media el SMI (SMI * 1,5) disfrutarán de una bonificación del 75% una vez hayan entregado la solicitud en el Registro General de Entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las bonificaciones se concederán previa solicitud del interesado, solicitud que deberá presentar en el momento de formalizar la correspondiente matrícula. En ningún caso serán acumulables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para la determinación y justificación de la capacidad económica de los sujetos obligados al pago de este precio público resultarán de aplicación las siguientes normas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De inicio, todos los obligados al pago abonarán la tarifa fijada en esta ordenanza sin bonificaciones. En los casos que la unidad familiar pueda solicitar una bonificación de acuerdo en los supuestos de esta ordenanza, se solicitará al Ayuntamiento y se adjuntará la documentación que se relaciona a continuación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El concepto de renta per cápita se obtendrá de la suma de los ingresos totales en el cómputo mensual de todos los componentes de la unidad familiar, dividida del número de miembros que la componen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A efectos de bonificaciones, el número de miembros integrantes en la unidad familiar se acreditará mediante la presentación del correspondiente libro Oficial de la familia que expedirá el Registro Civil u otro documento oficial que lo pueda sustituir. Para el cómputo del número de miembros de la unidad familiar será requisito que todos los miembros de la unidad familiar estén empadronados en Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En relación de los documentos que deben acompañar la instancia para solicitar la reducción en el precio, para competir en la unidad familiar los supuestos económicos previstos en esta Ordenanza. Será obligatoria la presentación de los documentos que se relacionan, en fotocopia compulsada. En el caso de haber presentado todos o algunos de los documentos requeridos en la solicitud de matrícula se incluirá la nota haciendo referencia a esta circunstancia. Será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fotocopia del DNI de los solicitantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En casos de extranjeros, fotocopia del pasaporte, tarjeta de residencia o documentación oficial que acredite de forma fehaciente la identidad del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fotocopia del libro de familia o partida de nacimiento del menor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificado del Padrón municipal. En el caso de familia numerosa, fotocopia del carné del libro de familia numerosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso de menores en proceso de adopción podrá aportarse certificaciones emitidas por el órgano competente del IASS, en el que se haga constar la fecha de efectividad de la pre asignación del menor así como su edad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En los casos en que se alegue esta circunstancia, copia de la sentencia de la separación, nulidad o divorcio y convenio regulador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Documentación justificativa de la situación económica / laboral de los padres o tutores del niño / niña:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Copia del contrato laboral y de las tres últimas nóminas, en el caso de trabajadores por cuenta ajena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Para los trabajadores autónomos, certificado actualizado de la vida laboral expedido por la Tesorería de la Seguridad Social y copia del último recibo de pago de la cuota en concepto de autónomos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Copia de la última declaración de la renta del padre o madre o tutores legales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el caso en que algún progenitor se encuentre en situación laboral de baja o excedencia laboral en el momento de solicitar la determinación de la tarifa aplicable, copia por lo que se reconoce la situación de baja o excedencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificado de convivencia de la unidad familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;ARTÍCULO 4.- Normas de tramitación y de gestión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A. ACCESO Y MATRÍCULA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A.1 Requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Con carácter general &lt;/span&gt;podrán inscribirse &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;los niños de edades comprendidas entre los 4 meses y los 3 años empadronados en el municipio de Pollença. En caso de cuotas pendientes no se permitirá la inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;A.2 Calendario del proceso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;El proceso de adscripción seguirá los términos establecidos por la resolución del consejero de Educación y Universidades de carácter anual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;A.3 Prioridad en la admisión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Se determina según la siguiente prelación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En primer lugar el alumnado ya matriculado en cursos anteriores (excepto los de escuela de verano) sin deudas pendientes y sin haber sido baja definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En segundo lugar tendrán prioridad en la admisión los casos descritos en el punto anterior de bonificaciones y empadronados en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En tercer lugar, y en caso de nuevas incorporaciones, los niños empadronados en Pollença a inicio del año natural, con la excepción de los niños con edad inferior a 1 año que no puedan cumplir esta condición.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En cuarto lugar los niños no empadronados en Pollença y los casos descritos en el punto anterior de bonificaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En quinto lugar los niños no empadronados en Pollença con necesidades de conciliación laboral y familiar, previa acreditación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;A.4 Gestión de bajas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Las bajas en la prestación del servicio se notificarán mediante escrito dirigido al Área de Educación y entregado en el Registro General de Entrada, al menos con un mes de antelación. El resto de funcionamiento se ve descrito en el punto A2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;B. RESERVA DE PLAZA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Si el niño no asiste a la escuela durante todo un mes por motivos justificados de enfermedad las madres, los padres o tutores podrán solicitar la reserva de la plaza, excepto el mes de julio y agosto. En caso contrario se considerará baja. Para optar al derecho de reserva hay que pagar la mensualidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La ausencia continuada durante más de quince días sin justificar será motivo de baja definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;C. CRITERIOS DE ADMINISTRACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. La matrícula se pagará por cada curso escolar. La matrícula de la escuela de verano únicamente la pagarán los nuevos usuarios, siempre que no sean alumnos del próximo curso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. El pago del recibo mensual se hará por el sistema de domiciliación en entidades de crédito y de ahorro, de acuerdo con las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las domiciliaciones de pago tendrán validez por tiempo indefinido, mientras no sean anuladas por el interesado o rechazadas por el establecimiento donde deban presentarse los instrumentos de cobro. Hay que firmar la orden de domiciliación según la normativa SEPA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Procedimiento en caso de impago:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- El 1 y el 15 de cada mes el Ayuntamiento enviará un correo electrónico con las cartas de pago, en las que figurará la fecha de vencimiento del recibo de las familias deudoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Si la deuda es superior a dos meses se dará de baja del niño, el cual perderá la plaza, previa notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;D. CALENDARIO ESCOLAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El curso comienza el sexto día lectivo de septiembre y finaliza el 30 de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El centro escolar está abierto de lunes a viernes excepto festivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las vacaciones de Navidad y Pascua son las que recoge el calendario de la Consejería de Educación y Universidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los días festivos serán los recogidos en el calendario autonómico más las fiestas locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los meses de julio y agosto se ofrecerá un servicio de escuela de verano.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;E. FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LA ESCUELA DE VERANO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;E.1 Requisitos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Con carácter general &lt;/span&gt;será necesario que los niños sean de edades comprendidas entre los 4 meses y los 3 años y que estén empadronados en el municipio de Pollença. En caso de cuotas pendientes no se permitirá la inscripción.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;E.2 Calendario del proceso&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La reserva de plaza en los casos de adscripción se llevará a cabo durante el mes de mayo y hasta el 15 de junio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La lista de espera de adscripción será vigente hasta el 20 de junio. Hasta esta fecha, el alumnado incluido en esta lista tiene prioridad ante el alumnado que permanece en lista de espera para el proceso de admisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;E.3 Prioridad en la admisión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Se determina según la siguiente prelación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En segundo lugar el alumnado ya matriculado para el curso próximo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En tercer lugar tendrán prioridad en la admisión los casos descritos en el artículo 3, punto de bonificaciones y empadronados en el municipio&lt;span style="color:red"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En cuarto lugar y en caso de nuevas incorporaciones, los niños empadronados en Pollença a inicio del año natural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En quinto lugar los niños no empadronados en Pollença y los casos descritos en el punto anterior de bonificaciones y empadronados en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;En sexto lugar los niños no empadronados en Pollença con necesidades de conciliación laboral y familiar, previa acreditación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;F. DEVOLUCIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Se podrá efectuar la devolución cuando se den las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIÓN DEROGATORIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;La presente ordenanza deroga la publicada en el BOIB núm.99 de día 03 de julio de 2010.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DISPOSICIÓN FINAL&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Esta ordenanza entrará en vigor una vez publicado su texto íntegro en el BOIB, en la forma y plazos previstos en los artículos 103 y 113 de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, Municipal y del Régimen Local de las Islas Baleares, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 70.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Contra el presente acuerdo definitivo los interesados ​​podrán interponer recurso contencioso administrativo en el plazo de dos meses contados a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
