El 29 de diciembre de 2018 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 63, la Resolución del Presidente del FOGAIBA de fecha 21 de diciembre de 2018, por la que se convocan, para el año 2018, subvenciones para inversiones en la prevención de los daños a los bosques por incendios forestales, desastres naturales y catástrofes.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:7pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">2. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la citada Resolución, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes terminó el día 02.28.2019.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:7pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:7pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">4. Los interesados señalados en el Anejo I adjunto han presentado, dentro del plazo establecido y en la forma, la documentación prevista en la convocatoria, y se ha comprobado que cumplen con los requisitos exigidos para poder ser beneficiarios de esta ayuda.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:7pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">5. Una vez evaluadas las solicitudes de ayuda por los órganos gestores, y de acuerdo con los criterios de elegibilidad de la convocatoria, los beneficiarios les corresponde una ayuda máxima detallada en el Anejo I, después de aplicar la deducción de inversiones y / o actuaciones que no son elegibles para esta línea de ayudas descrita en el Anejo II.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:7pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">6. Teniendo en cuenta que el crédito existente cubre la totalidad de las peticiones de esta convocatoria no hay ningún impedimento para resolver estos expedientes sin afectar lo dispuesto en los apartados séptimo y octavo de la convocatoria.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:7pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">7. En fecha 14 de octubre de 2019 el Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural ha emitido informe favorable y una propuesta provisional de concesión de ayuda a los beneficiarios relacionados en el Anejo I.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:7pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">8. En fecha 14 de octubre de 19 se notifica, mediante publicación en la página web http://www.caib.es, dicha propuesta provisional a los interesados, concediéndoles un plazo de 10 días para presentar las alegaciones oportunas.</span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:7pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%">9. Orden del Consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio de 19 de febrero de 2015, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco del Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Islas Baleares 2014 a 2020 .</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:7pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:black">3. Ley 35/2015 de 1 de octubre de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas. Conceder la ayuda solicitada a los beneficiarios por los importes y con los plazos detallados en el Anejo I, que son un total de 4 expedientes y que comienza con MARIA DEL CARMEN CALVO GUERRERO y termina con JUAN CARDONA RIBAS, que suma un importe total de 25.348,00 euros, relativa a la línea de ayuda "Prevención de los daños en bosques producidos por incendios, desastres naturales y catástrofes", deduciendo las inversiones / actuaciones no elegibles especificadas en el Anejo II.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:7pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:black">2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto señalada en cada uno de los beneficiarios con cargo a los presupuestos y porcentajes de financiación detallados en el Anejo I.</span></span></span></span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:7pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:black">3.
