Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquería de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la cual se convocan subvenciones para las inversiones no productivas vinculadas a la realización de compromisos de agroambient y clima, correspondientes en 2015 a 2019. </span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">2. En conformidad con el apartado sexto de la mencionada Resolución, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes acabó el día 30/06/2017 , y tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquería de las Islas Baleares un total de 688 solicitudes de ayuda.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%">4. <span style="background-color:#ffffff">Los interesados señalados al</span> <strong><span style="background-color:#ffffff">Anexo I adjunto </span></strong><span style="background-color:#ffffff">han presentado, dentro del plazo establecido y en la forma oportuna, toda la documentación necesaria prevista a la convocatoria, y se ha comprobado que cumplen con los requisitos exigidos para poder ser beneficiarios de esta ayuda.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%">5. Las actuaciones solicitadas por los interesados cumplen con los requisitos establecidos a la convocatoria para poder ser subvencionables.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><span style="color:#000000">6. en virtud de la Orden de la consejera de Agricultura y pesca de 23 de diciembre de 2005, por la cual se dispone la asunción de la ejecución de la política de mejora y fomento de los sectores agrario y pesquero por parte del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquería de las Islas Baleares, establece al artículo 1 que el FOGAIBA asume la ejecución de la política de la Consejería de Agricultura y Pesca en lo referente a la aplicación de las medidas de fomento y mejora de los sectores agrario y pesquero, a partir del 1 de enero de 2006.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%">Resolución de la presidenta de la Agencia de Estrategia Turística de las Islas Baleares, por la cual se aprueba una transferencia a fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquería de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por el proyecto ITS2017-24- Paisaje agrario Financiado con Fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible correspondiente al Plan Anual 2017, de 20 de julio de 2018.</span></span></p> </li> </ol> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><strong>Propuesta de resolución de concesión</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%">Por todo esto, se informa favorablemente y propòs al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los términos siguientes:</span></span></p> <ol> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Conceder la ayuda solicitada a los beneficiarios por los importes y con los plazos detallados al <strong>Anexo I,</strong> que son un total de 7 expedientes y que empieza con FRANCISCO MESTRE ROSSELLÓ y acaba con BARTOLOMÉ VIVES MARTORELL <span style="display:inline-block"><span style="color:#000000"> qu</span>e suma un importe total de 23.866,25&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>euros, relativa a la línea de ayuda “ Ayudas por Inversiones en márgenes y cierres 2015-2019 ”.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%">Financiado con Fondo para favorecer el turismo sostenible correspondiente al Plan Anual 2017 proyecto ITS2017-24- Paisaje agrario.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p style="margin-bottom:0px;
