Publicar esta resolución en el tablón digital de anuncios del Ayuntamiento y en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears, informando a los interesados que contra este acuerdo, que es definitivo en vía administrativa, se pueden interponer, alternativamente, los recursos siguientes:</span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">- Recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de las Illes Balears, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de este acuerdo.</span></p> <p style="margin-left:40px"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">- Recurso de reposición potestativo ante la Alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación del presente acuerdo.
