&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mediante la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 1 de agosto de 2018 (BOIB núm. 96, de 4 de agosto de 2018) se convocó un concurso de traslados voluntario para proveer plazas básicas vacantes &lt;em&gt;de diversas categorías de personal estatutario del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, entre ellas la categoría de técnico/técnica especialista de anatomía patológica&lt;/em&gt; dependientes del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Una vez agotado el plazo para presentar solicitudes de acuerdo al punto 5.1 de la convocatoria, dicto la siguiente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Aprobar las listas provisionales de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos en el concurso de traslados voluntario para proveer plazas básicas vacantes de la categoría de &lt;em&gt;técnico/técnica especialista de anatomía patológica&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;dependientes del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, convocado mediante la Resolución de 1 de agosto de 2018 por la que se convoca un concurso de traslados voluntario para proveer plazas básicas vacantes &lt;em&gt;de diversas categorías de personal estatutario del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB núm. 96, de 4 de agosto de 2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En la lista provisional de aspirantes admitidos, que se adjunta como anexo I a esta Resolución, figura el DNI, los apellidos y el nombre, y la categoría a la cual se concursa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En la lista provisional de aspirantes excluidos, que se adjunta como anexo II a esta Resolución, figura el DNI, los apellidos y el nombre, y las causas de exclusión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los aspirantes excluidos y los que no figuren en la lista provisional de admitidos ni en la de excluidos disponen de un plazo de quince días naturales a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de esta Resolución para formular reclamaciones –que no tendrán carácter de recurso– o para subsanar los defectos apreciados. No se considerará como subsanación la aportación de nuevos certificados de servicios prestados que no hubiesen sido aportados dentro del plazo de presentación de solicitudes. Las reclamaciones deben considerarse rechazadas si las personas interesadas no aparecen como admitidas en la resolución definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; y en la página web &amp;lt;www.ibsalut.es&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
