    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se hace público que en fecha 5 de noviembre de 2019, el presidente del Consejo Insular de Eivissa dictó el siguiente decreto:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;En el BOIB núm. 96 de 11 de julio de 2019, se publicó el Decreto de Presidencia núm. 2019000472, de fecha 10 de julio de 2019, de nombramiento de las personas miembros del Consejo Ejecutivo y de las vicepresidencias del Consejo Insular de Ibiza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Da&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;da mi ausencia el día 5 de noviembre de 2019, esta Presidencia, de conformidad con el que prevén el artículo 11 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de consejos insulares y el artículo 55.1 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo Insular de Ibiza,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;DISPONE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;1. Designar para mi sustitución temporal el Sr. Mariano Juan Colomar, vicepresidente 1.º y consejero ejecutivo del Departamento de Gestión del Territorio, Infraestructuras Viarias y Lucha contra el Intrusismo, para el día 5 de noviembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;2. Publicar este decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt; ”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
