Los artículos 28, 29, 154 y 156 del Decreto 127/2005, de 16 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de desarrollo de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, del patrimonio de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 192, de 24 de diciembre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Decreto 9/2019, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se determina la composición del Gobierno y se establece la estructura de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 88, de 3 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El Decreto 10/2019, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se dispone el nombramiento de los miembros de Gobierno de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 88, de 3 de julio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. El Decreto 21/2019, de 2 de agosto, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se modifica el Decreto 12/2019, de 2 de julio, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB núm. 106, de 2 de agosto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. El Decreto 62/2019, de 2 de agosto, por el que se nombra a altos cargos de la Consejería de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores (BOIB núm. 107, de 3 de agosto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En virtud de las atribuciones que me confiere el artículo 88 c de la Ley 6/2001, de 11 de abril, dicto la siguiente,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
