    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En fecha 7 de noviembre de 2019, el director general de Movilidad y Transporte Terrestre ha formulado la siguiente propuesta de resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:5.95pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:14pt"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Hechos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El 7 de junio de 2019, el Ayuntamiento de Andratx presentó en la Dirección General de Movilidad y Transportes una solicitud en relación a la revisión de las tarifas del servicio de transporte urbano de viajeros en taxi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El 29 de julio de 2019 se solicita al Ayuntamiento de Andratx la corrección del estudio aportado y en fecha de 5 de setiembre de 2019 el consistorio aporta las modificaciones solicitadas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. El 28 de octubre de 2019, los técnicos de gestión económica del Consorcio de Transportes de Mallorca realizaron un informe técnico favorable a la propuesta de revisión de las tarifas aprobadas por el Ayuntamiento de Andratx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. La Comisión de Precios de las Illes Balears, en la sesión de 6 de noviembre de 2019, examinó el expediente y adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Dictaminar favorablemente la revisión de las tarifas solicitada por el Ayuntamiento de Andratx con relación a los servicios de transporte urbano de viajeros en taxi para el año 2019, que será la siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El Real Decreto 2226/1977, de 27 de agosto, sobre autorizaciones de aumento de tarifas de servicios de competencia local (BOE n.º207, de 30 de agosto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. El Real Decreto 2695/1977, de 28 de octubre, sobre normativa en materia de precios (BOE n.º 260, de 31 de octubre).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. El Decreto21/2019, de 2 de agosto, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB n.º 106, de 2 de agosto de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. El Decreto 21/2019, de 2 de agosto, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, modificado por el Decreto 22/2019, de 19 de agosto, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se rectifica el Decreto 21/2019, de 2 de agosto, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el que se modifica el Decreto 12/2019, de 2 de julio, por el que se establecen las competencias y la estructura orgánica básica de las consejerías de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears (BOIB n.º 106, de 2 de agosto de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Propuesta de resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Propongo al consejero de Movilidad y Vivienda que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Manifestar la conformidad con la propuesta de resolución y dictar resolución en los mismos términos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, se podrá interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el consejero de Movilidad y Vivienda en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente al de la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;También se podrá interponer directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses desde el día siguiente al de la notificación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
