    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Visto que no se han podido practicar las notificaciones a las entidades que se mencionan a continuación, en cumplimiento del art. 40 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas (BOE núm 236, de 02 de octubre de 2015), mediante este edicto se notifica la siguiente resolución de acuerdo con el Decreto nº 10801 de fecha 30/05/2019 y Decreto nº 15073 de fecha 05/08/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra este acto administrativo, que agota la via administrativa, se puede presentar recurso de reposición delante del mismo órgano que lo ha dictado, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. El plazo para interponerlo es de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de recibir esta notificación. En este caso no se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo hasta que no se haya resuelto el de reposición. El recurso de reposición potestativo se tendrá que presentar en el Registro General de este Ayuntamiento o en las dependencias a que se refiere el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, antes mencionada, y se entenderá desestimado cuando no se haya resuelto y notificado la resolución, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente de su interposición, y en este caso quedará expedita la via contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Si no se utiliza el recurso potestativo de reposición, se puede interponer directamente recurso contencioso administrativo, de acuerdo con el artículo 123 antes citado y lo que dispone la Ley 29/98, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa, delante del Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo o la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, según las competencias determinadas por los artículos 8 y 10 de la Ley 29/98, en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente de recibir esta notificación, todo esto sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso o acción que se considere conveniente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
