&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;BDNS (Identif.):53890&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria el texto completo el cual puede consultarse en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;(http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. pueden ser beneficiarios los niños y jóvenes que tengan entre 3 y 16 años, o que los cumplan dentro del 2019, y que practiquen algún tipo de actividad física o deportiva, como establece la base cuarta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Para poder otorgar la subvención es condición imprescindible que la unidad familiar cumpla los requisitos que se detallan en las bases y en la convocatoria correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3. En cualquier caso, no pueden ser beneficiarias las personas las que concurra&amp;nbsp; en alguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en el arte. 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. Solo pueden ser beneficiarias las personas que estén empadronadas en Sa Pobla, siempre que el empadronamiento se haya producido antes de la publicación de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Segundo. Finalidad:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Fomentar la práctica deportiva con esta convocatoria de ayudas, la finalidad de la cual es la concesión de becas para el fomento de la práctica deportiva de los niños y jóvenes con menos recursos económicos, a través de la subvención en un porcentaje de las cuotas de los clubes deportivos y otros centros deportivos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Pendientes de publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Cuarto. Importe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La dotación de la convocatoria de subvenciones será de 3.000 euros. Repartidos según los criterios que determinan las bases en su punto debe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Quinto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm; text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El periodo para presentar las solicitudes es de 20 días naturales contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de esta convocatoria en el BOIB. Si el último día de este plazo es sábado, domingo o festivo, se entenderá prorrogado hasta el primer día hábil siguiente. No se puede presentar ningún modelo de solicitud de subvención fuera del plazo establecido.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
