Carabela 2 y una vez comprobado que el uso es compatible con la normativa urbanística, en cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 40 de la Ley 7/2013, de 26 de noviembre, del régimen jurídico de instalación, acceso i ejercicio de actividades de las Islas Baleares y en el artículo 83.2 de la Ley 39/2015 de 1 de octubre del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, se procede a abrir un periodo de información pública por un plazo de 10 días a contar desde el día siguiente a la inserción del presente anuncio a los efectos de que las personas físicas o jurídicas, asociaciones, entidades vecinales i las que estén interesadas formulen las observaciones que se consideren pertinentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
