&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Que en el procedimiento DESPIDO/CESES EN GENERAL 112/2018 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguido a instancia de Dª CAROLINA RIERA PERELLO contra CENTRO DE ESTUDIOS MARCOS CASADO SL sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;DILIGENCIA DE ORDENACIÓN&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;LETRADO DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DE JUSTICIA SRA Dª. MARIA ADELAIDA GARCIA GARCIA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA, a dieciocho de octubre de dos mil diecinueve.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Transcurrido el plazo legalmente previsto sin que conste la interposición de recurso frente a Sentencia N.º 205/2019 de fecha 10/06/2019, declaro firme la misma, y &lt;strong&gt;acuerdo &lt;/strong&gt;el archivo de estas actuaciones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Asimismo, se hace constar a los efectos previstos en el artículo 239 de la LJS, que la Sentencia n.º 205/2019 de fecha 10/06/2019, ha sido notificada a FONDO DE GARANTIA SALARIAL en fecha 13/06/2019, MINISTERIO FISCAL en fecha 12/06/2019, CAROLINA RIERA PERELLO en fecha 12/06/2019 y al CENTRO DE ESTUDIOS MARCOS CASADO SL en fecha 18/06/2016.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Notifíquese a las partes, haciéndoles saber que en aplicación del mandato contenido en el artículo 53.2 de la LJS, en el primer escrito o comparecencia ante el órgano judicial, las partes o interesados, y en su caso los profesionales designados, señalarán un domicilio y datos completos para la práctica de actos de comunicación. El domicilio y los datos de localización facilitados con tal fin &lt;strong&gt;surtirán plenos efectos y las notificaciones en ellos intentadas sin efecto serán válidas&lt;/strong&gt; hasta tanto no sean facilitados otros datos alternativos, siendo &lt;strong&gt;carga procesal de las partes&lt;/strong&gt; y de sus representantes &lt;strong&gt;mantenerlos actualizados&lt;/strong&gt;. Asimismo, deberán comunicar los cambios relativos a su número de teléfono, fax, dirección electrónica o similares, siempre que estos últimos estén siendo utilizados como instrumentos de comunicación con el Tribunal.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACIÓN:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Mediante recurso de reposición a interponer en el plazo de &lt;strong&gt;TRES DÍAS&lt;/strong&gt; hábiles siguientes a su notificación ante la Letrado de la Administración de Justicia que dicta esta resolución con expresión de la infracción que a juicio del recurrente contiene la misma, sin que la interposición del recurso tenga efectos suspensivos con respecto a la resolución recurrida.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La letrado de la Administración de Justicia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La difusión del texto de esta resolución a partes no interesadas en el proceso en el que ha sido dictada sólo podrá llevarse a cabo previa disociación de los datos de carácter personal que los mismos contuvieran y con pleno respeto al derecho a la intimidad, a los derechos de las personas que requieran un especial deber de tutelar o a la garantía del anonimato de las víctimas o perjudicados, cuando proceda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Los datos personales incluidos en esta resolución no podrán ser cedidos, ni comunicados con fines contrarios a las leyes.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Y para que sirva de &lt;strong&gt;NOTIFICACIÓN EN LEGAL FORMA a CENTRO DE ESTUDIOS MARCOS CASADO SL&lt;/strong&gt;, en ignorado paradero, expido el presente para su colocación en el tablón de anuncios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
