&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Que en el procedimiento DESPIDO/CESES EN GENERAL 74/2018 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguido a instancia de D. MIGUEL ANGEL BARCELO MUNAR contra GORILLA RESTAURANTS AND EVENTS MALLORCA, S.L. sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;DILIGENCIA DE ORDENACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;LETRADO DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DE JUSTICIA SRA Dª. MARIA ADELAIDA GARCIA GARCIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA, a dieciocho de octubre de dos mil diecinueve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Transcurrido el plazo legalmente previsto sin que conste la interposición de recurso frente a Sentencia N.º 184/2019 de fecha 24/05/2019, declaro firme la misma, y acuerdo el archivo de estas actuaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Asimismo, se hace constar a los efectos previstos en el artículo 239 de la LJS, que la Sentencia N.º 184/2019 de fecha 24/05/2019, ha sido notificada a MIGUEL ANGEL BARCELO MUNAR en fecha 29/05/2019 y a GORILLA RESTAURANTS AND EVENTS MALLORCA, S.L. en fecha 04/06/2019 de publicación en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Notifíquese a las partes, haciéndoles saber que en aplicación del mandato contenido en el artículo 53.2 de la LJS, en el primer escrito o comparecencia ante el órgano judicial, las partes o interesados, y en su caso los profesionales designados, señalarán un domicilio y datos completos para la práctica de actos de comunicación. El domicilio y los datos de localización facilitados con tal fin surtirán plenos efectos y las notificaciones en ellos intentadas sin efecto serán válidas hasta tanto no sean facilitados otros datos alternativos, siendo carga procesal de las partes y de sus representantes mantenerlos actualizados. Asimismo, deberán comunicar los cambios relativos a su número de teléfono, fax, dirección electrónica o similares, siempre que estos últimos estén siendo utilizados como instrumentos de comunicación con el Tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACIÓN: &lt;/strong&gt;Mediante recurso de reposición a interponer en el plazo de TRES DÍAS hábiles siguientes a su notificación ante la Letrado de la Administración de Justicia que dicta esta resolución con expresión de la infracción que a juicio del recurrente contiene la misma, sin que la interposición del recurso tenga efectos suspensivos con respecto a la resolución recurrida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;LA LETRADA DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN DE JUSTICIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La difusión del texto de esta resolución a partes no interesadas en el proceso en el que ha sido dictada sólo podrá llevarse a cabo previa disociación de los datos de carácter personal que los mismos contuvieran y con pleno respeto al derecho a la intimidad, a los derechos de las personas que requieran un especial deber de tutelar o a la garantía del anonimato de las víctimas o perjudicados, cuando proceda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los datos personales incluidos en esta resolución no podrán ser cedidos, ni comunicados con fines contrarios a las leyes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Y para que sirva de NOTIFICACIÓN EN LEGAL FORMA a GORILLA RESTAURANTS AND EVENTS MALLORCA, S.L., en ignorado paradero, expido el presente para su colocación en el tablón de anuncios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
