La consejera ejecutiva de Presidencia, día 27 de agosto de 2019, aprobó el expediente de convocatoria pública de subvenciones para promover la igualdad y fomento de acciones para hacer efectivo los derechos de no discriminación a las personas LGTBI, año 2019 (BOIB núm. 119, de 29 de agosto de 2019).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. font-size:12px">Por otra parte, la Comisión Evaluadora acordó proponer la denegación de la subvención al ayuntamiento de Artà, a la asociación de Mestresses de Sa Cabaneta y la agrupación de personas físicas Balears Diversa, por los siguientes motivos:</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Ayuntamiento de Artà: no estando comprendidas las mejoras de los planes dentro del objeto subvencionable, tal como se recoge en el apartado 3 de la convocatoria, además de que su plan de igualdad aprobado en pleno de marzo de 2018, no se encuentra dentro del período subvencionable en esta convocatoria que se inicia el 16 de julio de 2018 hasta el 15 de septiembre de 2019.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Mestresses de Sa Cabaneta: esta asociación ha solicitado la subvención de varias actividades que no cumplen en sí mismas el objeto de la convocatoria para la línea 2 establecido en el apartado 3 de las bases.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">- Balears Diversa: esta agrupación de personas físicas ha presentado dos proyectos que incumplen el requisito de personas destinatarias según ámbito territorial previsto en el apartado 6.1.2 de la convocatoria&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Día 17 de octubre de 2019 , el órgano instructor emitió informe relativo al cumplimiento por parte de los ayuntamientos y asociaciones de los requisitos necesarios para acceder a la subvención.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. La aportación económica que representa la convocatoria está prevista dentro del presupuesto del Consejo de Mallorca para el año 2019 con cargo a las partidas presupuestarias 00.23167.46200 y 00.23167.48900, y se dispone de los correspondientes certificados de existencia de crédito .</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">5. La Intervención General ha fiscalizado de conformidad con fecha de 24 de octubre de 2019.</span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Fundamentos de derecho</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. La Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consejo Insular de Mallorca aprobada por el Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca, en sesión de 23 de diciembre de 2016 (BOIB núm. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017), modificada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 14 de junio de 2018 (BOIB núm. 96, de 4 de agosto de 2018) en la que se establece el régimen jurídico general de las subvenciones otorgadas por el Consejo Insular de Mallorca.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. La convocatoria pública de subvenciones para promover la igualdad y fomento de acciones para hacer efectivo los derechos de no discriminación a las personas LGTBI, año 2019 aprobada por resolución de la consejera ejecutiva de Presidencia, día 27 de agosto de 2019 (BOIB núm. 119 , de 29 de agosto).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Notificar esta resolución a Intervención General ya los beneficiarios y remitir al BOIB y a la BDNS los datos relativos a las subvenciones concedidas para su publicación.&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra esta resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, pueden interponer el recurso de alzada en el plazo de un mes, a contar a partir del día siguiente de esta notificación.
