    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para hacer constar que en fecha 25 de octubre de 2019 el Alcalde presidente por Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 1013-2019 aprobó la constitución de la bolsa de trabajo de monitor-socorrista con carácter laboral temporal de las necesidades que puedan subvenir en el servicio de deportes de la piscina municipal del Ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla, conforme sigue:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN PROCESO SELECTIVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En fecha 9 de mayo de 2019 la Junta de Gobierno local aprobó las bases específicas que rigen la convocatoria para la creación de una bolsa de personal de trabajo de monitor-socorrista con carácter laboral temporal de las necesidades que puedan subvenir en el servicio de deportes de la piscina municipal del ayuntamiento de Sa Pobla (BOIB núm.69 de 23 de mayo de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Revisada la documentación y publicada la lista de admitidos y excluidos, en fecha 1 de octubre de 2019 se publicó la lista provisional de los méritos de las personas que habían sido admitidas, y visto que no se presentaron alegaciones, el tribunal acordó aprobar la lista definitiva del bolsín.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es por ello que de conformidad con las atribuciones que me confiere el artículo 21.1 h) vigente de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de régimen local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Constituir la bolsa de trabajo de monitores-socorristas, conforme los resultados finales:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
