627908 10604 ![CDATA[Resolución de concesión de ayudas para la promoción de deportistas locales 2019-2020]] 310 43580 2019-10-25 CAIB es CAIB 43581 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">El Concejal de Deportes en fecha 23 de octubre de 2019, ha dictado la siguiente resolución:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Decreto del Concejal de Deportes por el que se conceden ayudas para la promoción de deportistas locales 2019-2020.</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Antecedentes</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1. El 5 de septiembre del año 2019 se publicó en el BOIB número 122 la Resolución del Concejal de Deportes de 2 de septiembre por la cual se convocaban ayudas para la promoción de deportistas locales&nbsp; 2019-2020.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">2. En fecha 11 de octubre del año 2019 se publicó en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Ses Salines la Propuesta de resolución de concesión de las ayudas para la promoción de deportistas locales 2019-2020 y otorgándose el plazo oportuno para presentar las alegaciones pertinentes.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">3. Terminado el plazo para formalizar alegaciones, no se ha presentado ninguna.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1. La ley General de Subvenciones 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre y el reglamento que la desarrolla aprobado por Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">2. El Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas baleares ( BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de diciembre).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">3. El Decreto del Concejal de Deportes de 2 de septiembre de 2019 por el cual se convocan ayudas para la promoción de deportistas locales 2019-2020 (BOIB número 122, de 5 de septiembre de 2019).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">El artículo 6 y 15 de la Ordenanza General núm. 15, reguladora de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Ses salines (BOIB núm. 116, de 21 de agosto de 2004).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">4. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de Octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">1. Autorizar, disponer, reconocer la obligación y ordenar el pago de las ayudas económicas que se especifican en el anexo 1 en concepto de subvenciones para la promoción de los deportistas locales 2019-2020, por un importe de 250 € (doscientos cincuenta euros) cada una de ellas con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 341.481.01 del presupuesto de gastos del año 2019.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">2. Las solicitudes de las personas relacionadas en el anexo 1 cumplen con los requisitos establecidos y han presentado la documentación completa que se exigía en la convocatoria.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">3. Excluir de la convocatoria y por tanto no conceder la ayuda a los solicitantes que figuran en el anexo 2. Los motivos de exclusión se indican en el anexo 3.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">4.&nbsp; Publicar la presente Resolución en <em>el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares</em> y en la página web del Ayuntamiento de Ses Salines (www.ajsessalines.net).</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%"><strong>Interposición de recursos</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">Contra la presente Resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, se puede interponer un recurso potestativo de reposición ante el mismo órgano administrativo que dictó el acto, en el plazo de un mes desde el día siguiente a su publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:115%">También se puede interponer directamente un contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de las Islas Baleares, en el plazo de 2 meses, desde el día siguiente a la publicación (art. 46.1 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-Administrativa).
