&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De conformidad con el previsto a los artículos 17.3 &lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt; y 20.8 &lt;em&gt;a de&lt;/em&gt; la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;lt;&lt;/span&gt;http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Primero. Requisitos de las entidades beneficiarias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Pueden solicitar las ayudas que establece esta convocatoria las entidades que cumplan los requisitos que se indican a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;a. Estar constituidas como entidades privadas sin ánimo de lucro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;b. Estar constituidas legalmente e inscritas, en la fecha de publicación de esta convocatoria en &lt;em&gt;el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;, como entidades prestadoras de servicios sociales en el Registro Unificado de Servicios Sociales de las Islas Baleares, regulado en el capítulo II del Decreto 10/2013, de 28 de febrero, por el cual se fijan los principios generales del Registro Unificado de Servicios Sociales de las Islas Baleares y de los procedimientos para la autorización y la acreditación de servicios sociales, y se regulan la sección suprainsular del Registro y los procedimientos para autorizar y acreditar servicios sociales de ámbito suprainsular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;c. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estar inscritas, en la fecha de publicación de esta convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears,&lt;/em&gt; en el Censo de organizaciones del tercer sector de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;d. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tener como objeto prioritario en sus estatutos la realización de actividades en materia de servicios sociales y atención a los colectivos en situación de vulnerabilidad social o riesgo de exclusión social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;e. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Disponer de sede o delegación permanente y activa en las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;f. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Estar al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;g. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Haber justificado las ayudas o las subvenciones que hayan recibido anteriormente de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;h. &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones para ser beneficiario de subvenciones que establecen el artículo 10 del Decreto legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto refundido de la Ley de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;i. No haber sido nunca objeto de sanciones administrativas firmes, ni de sentencias condenatorias por haber ejercido o tolerado prácticas laborales consideradas discriminatorias por razón de sexo o de género, en cumplimiento del artículo 11 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres.&lt;/span&gt; &amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se excluyen de esta convocatoria las entidades privadas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Entidades que, de acuerdo con sus estatutos, adopten la denominación de federación, confederación o coordinadora, o en todo caso sean una unión de asociaciones (artículo 3 &lt;em&gt;f&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley orgánica 1/2002, de 22 de marzo, reguladora del derecho de asociación).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fundaciones que, de acuerdo con la escritura de constitución, tengan como fundadoras personas jurídicas de naturaleza pública.&lt;/span&gt; &amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo. Objeto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El objeto de esta convocatoria es la concesión de subvenciones destinadas a financiar proyectos de entidades privadas sin ánimo de lucro que prestan servicios a personas en situación de necesidad, de acuerdo con el artículo 6 de la Ley 4/2009, de 11 de junio, de servicios sociales de las Islas Baleares, que incluyan la cobertura de gastos básicos vinculados al suministro y consumo de energía (gas y electricidad) y la gestión de las ayudas económicas.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por lo tanto, se considerarán gastos subvencionables los relativos a la cobertura de gastos básicos vinculados al suministro y consumo de energía (gas y electricidad) y los gastos de personal de atención directa y los derivados de la gestión y tramitación de las ayudas económicas.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Esta convocatoria se rige por la Orden de la consejera de Salud, Familia y Bienestar Social de 24 de mayo de 2012 por la cual se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de servicios sociales, de personas en situación especial, de menores y familia, y de planificación y formación de servicios sociales, publicada en &lt;em&gt;el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt; núm. 76, de 29 de mayo de 2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cuarto. Cuantía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El importe máximo que se destina a esta convocatoria es de 270.000,00 €, de acuerdo con la imputación temporal y el desglose siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
