margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Antecedentes</strong></span></span></p> <ol> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El 19 de julio de 2018 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 89 la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 16 de julio de 2018 por la que se convoca un concurso de traslados voluntarios para proveer plazas básicas vacantes de diversas categorías de personal estatutario.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Ha vencido el plazo para presentar solicitudes, por lo que, de conformidad con la base 5.1 de la convocatoria, «la autoridad convocante dictará una resolución para aprobar las listas provisionales de aspirantes admitidos y de aspirantes excluidos del concurso de traslados».</span></li> </ol> <p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por ello dicto la siguiente</span></p> <p style="margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; text-align:center"><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Resolución</span></strong></p> <ol> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Aprobar las listas provisionales de personas aspirantes admitidas y excluidas del concurso de traslados en cuestión, que figuran en el anexo de esta resolución.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Recordar que, de conformidad con la base 5.2 de la convocatoria, las personas aspirantes excluidas y las que no figuren ni en la lista provisional de admitidas ni en la de excluidas tienen un plazo de quince días naturales a contar desde el día siguiente a la publicación para formular reclamaciones —que no tendrán carácter de recurso— o para subsanar los defectos apreciados, y advertir que no se considerará como subsanación el hecho de aportar nuevos certificados de servicios prestados que no se hayan aportado en el plazo para presentar solicitudes.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Determinar que las reclamaciones deben considerarse rechazadas si las personas interesadas no aparecen como admitidas en la resolución con la que se publiquen las listas definitivas.</span></span></li> <li><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
