&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Memoria justificativa del Departamento de Personal, de fecha 7 de octubre de 2019, relativa a la tasa de reposición de efectivos en el proceso de estabilización del trabajo temporal, en aplicación de la Ley 6/2018 de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el año 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Informe del interventor del Ayuntamiento, de fecha 23 de agosto de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Informe jurídico, de procedimiento, emitido por la TAG del Departamento de Personal, de fecha 11 de octubre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;- Propuesta de alcaldía de las plazas a incluir en la oferta de ocupación pública, de fecha 11 de octubre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Una vez negociado en el sí de la Mesa General de negociación de los empleados públicos en sesión de 16 de octubre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;En uso de las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la Oferta de Ocupación Pública de este Ayuntamiento para el año 2019, que contiene los siguientes puestos de trabajo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
