    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En la sesión extraordinaria celebrada el día 6 de setiembre de 2019, el pleno del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia aprobó por unanimidad la propuesta de ayudas económicas al estudio dirigidas a estudiantes de Alcúdia que hayan cursado ciclos formativos de Grado medio, Grado superior y Bachillerato durante el curso 2018/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 9.3 de la Ley 38/2003, del 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, por medio del presente edicto se publican las bases referidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Y al mismo tiempo, sobre el período de presentación de las solicitudes a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de las presentes bases en el BOIB y durante los quince (15) días naturales posteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;DIRIGIDA A ESTUDIANTES DE CICLOS FORMATIVOS DE GRADO MEDIO, GRADO SUPERIOR Y BACHILLERATO DE ALCUDIA PARA EL CURSO 2018/19&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, convoca una línea de AYUDAS ECONÓMICAS para ESTUDIANTES QUE hayan cursado CICLOS FORMATIVOS DE GRADO MEDIO, GRADO SUPERIOR Y BACHILLERATO y &amp;nbsp;que no se impartiesen dentro del municipio de Alcúdia durante el curso 2018/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;BASES QUE REGULAN LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA, NÚMERO Y CUANTÍA DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se establecen ayudas con el fin de dar apoyo económico para los gastos inherentes de los alumnos empadronados en el municipio de Alcúdia, que hayan cursado sus estudios de los ciclos formativos de grado medio, superior o bachillerato y que no se impartiesen dentro del municipio de Alcúdia durante el curso 2018/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El número total de ayudas económicas dentro de la presente convocatoria es de 15, e irán destinados a las quince solicitudes que tengan mayor puntuación, de acuerdo con las condiciones de las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La cuantía destinada a cada ayuda es de 300 €, que se liquidarán mediante un solo pago, que se hará efectivo una vez se haya concluido la tramitación administrativa de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A estas cuantías se les aplicarán las retenciones fiscales que correspondan según la normativa vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- REQUISITOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El solicitante debe estar empadronado en el municipio de Alcúdia, con una antigüedad mínima de dos años (2), a contar desde la fecha de publicación de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El solicitante debe estar matriculado en un centro público como estudiante a un ciclo formativo de grado medio (CFGM), ciclo formativo de grado superior (CFGS) o bachillerato, que no se impartieron dentro el municipio de Alcúdia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Se establece según la unidad familiar del solicitante (* 1A ó * 1B) un umbral máximo de ingresos de Renta (* 2) total de los miembros declarantes del ejercicio 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Especificaciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(* 1A) atenderá como "Unidad familiar", la correspondiente al número total de miembros que componen un mismo núcleo familiar (conjunto de personas con parentesco que convivan juntos en un mismo domicilio en el que están empadronados, incluido el solicitante).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;(* 1B) En caso de que el solicitante alegue su emancipación o independencia familiar y económica, deberá acreditar de forma fehaciente que cuenta con medios económicos propios suficientes que permitan su independencia económica, así como, informar de la titularidad (o alquiler) de su domicilio habitual donde está empadronado. Como medios económicos propios suficientes, se considera al menos a los resultantes mensual del salario mínimo interprofesional 2019, establecido en 900,00 euros mensuales, (en caso anual de 10.800,00 euros -12 pagas- o 12.600,00 euros -14 pagas).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Si el solicitante no puede justificar los anteriores indicadores se considerara no probada su independencia económica pasando a computar todas las rentas de la unidad (o unidades) familiares de sus progenitores, ya que se considerará que son estos que lo sustentan. En este último caso el solicitante deberá aportar toda la documentación requerida en relación a las rentas familiares o cualquier otro aspecto mencionado en las presentes bases y dentro de los plazos establecidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(* 2) En el caso de rentas familiares, se entenderá el cómputo económico total que ingresa una determinada "unidad familiar" durante una anualidad (conjunto de personas con parentesco que convivan juntos y un mismo domicilio en el que están empadronados, incluido el solicitante).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A nivel orientativo y esclarecedor entenderá por "miembros" de una determinada "Unidad Familiar" los: ascendientes, descendientes y hermanos que convivan con el solicitante, como por ejemplo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los ascendientes de los padres que tengan la residencia en el mismo domicilio (padrinos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los padres del solicitante, (no separados legalmente).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El propio solicitante y su cónyuge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los hermanos o hermanastros del solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los hijos del solicitante menores de edad, con excepción de los emancipados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Los hijos mayores de edad con discapacidad psíquica, física o sensorial o incapacitada judicialmente demostrables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Otros miembros familiares con parentesco que reside de forma permanente con el solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- ...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de separación o divorcio no se considerará miembro computable aquel que no conviva con el solicitante de la beca. Sin embargo, tendrá consideración de miembro computable la nueva pareja o persona unida por análoga relación, y por tanto sus rentas se incluirán dentro del cómputo de la renta familiar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Criterios económicos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los umbrales máximos de ingresos según el número de miembros que conforman la unidad familiar estuvo serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-El personal que a la fecha de finalización de presentación de solicitudes, trabaje como personal funcionario o laboral en el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia y / o a cualquier otro organismo o empresa pública que dependa total o parcialmente, además, de sus descendientes directos o solicitantes que dependan económicamente de ello.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;-Cualquiera de los otros estudios no contemplados en las presentes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Compatibilidad de la beca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia declara expresamente la compatibilidad de esta beca hacia cualquier otros tipos de ayudas, becas o subvenciones, cualquier que sea su naturaleza, carácter o denominación, y cualquiera quién sea la persona, organismo o entidad convocante. Sin embargo, esta compatibilidad se tiene que entender sin perjuicio del régimen de incompatibilidad que puedan establecer las bases de las demás ayudas, becas o subvenciones que el interesado pretenda solicitar.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- CRITERIOS DE CONCESIÓN DE LAS AYUDAS Y BAREMACIÓN DE LAS SOLICITUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- COMISIÓN TÉCNICA DE SEGUIMIENTO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para cumplir la tramitación administrativa de la presente convocatoria se creará una comisión técnica con el fin de dar trámite, resolver dudas, interpretar las presentes bases, valoración de los expedientes o cualquier otra circunstancia referente a la resolución de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta comisión estará formada por tres técnicos del Ayuntamiento de Alcudia llamados expresamente, a esta comisión se le podrá incorporar otros técnicos que se determine.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Esta comisión trabajará de forma periódica y permanente hasta la culminación y resolución definitiva de la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
