    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La Ley 15/2019, de 29 de marzo, de modificación del Texto refundido de la Ley de Consejos Escolares de las Islas Baleares, aprobado por Decreto Legislativo 112/2001, de 7 de septiembre, establece la composición del Consejo Escolar de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El apartado 7 del artículo único de la Ley 15/2019 establece una nueva redacción del artículo 9.1 del citado texto refundido, y determina los integrantes del Consejo Escolar de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El artículo 9.3 del mencionado texto refundido &lt;/span&gt;dispone que los vocales del Consejo Escolar de las Islas Baleares tienen que ser nombrados por resolución del consejero de &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Educación&lt;/span&gt;, Universidad e Investigación, de acuerdo con las propuestas formuladas por los grupos correspondientes en los plazos que reglamentariamente se determinen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La disposición adicional segunda de la Ley 15/2019 establece que el Consejo Escolar de las Islas Baleares se constituirá en el plazo de tres meses a contar a partir de la entrada en vigor de esta ley, con la composición y con los nombramientos del presidente y del vicepresidente que se establece en el artículo único. Queda válidamente constituido en el momento en el que se integren, como mínimo, las dos terceras partes de los componentes. Además, dispone que las entidades, los organismos y las instituciones representadas en el Consejo Escolar de las Islas Baleares deben comunicar los nombres de sus representantes en el plazo de quince días a contar desde la recepción de la notificación de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma mediante la cual se les requiere su designación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Teniendo en cuenta estas propuestas, el presidente del Consejo Escolar de las Islas Baleares ha formulado la propuesta de ceses y nombramientos mediante escrito de 2 de octubre de 2019, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 17.o) del Reglamento de organización y funcionamiento del Consejo Escolar de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con lo que dispone el artículo 11.4 del Reglamento de organización y funcionamiento del Consejo Escolar de las Islas Baleares, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se dispone el cese en el cargo de todos los miembros que integran el actual Consejo Escolar de las Islas Baleares y, al mismo tiempo, se les agradecen los servicios prestados y su colaboración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segundo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se nombra a las personas que acto seguido se indica nuevos miembros del Consejo Escolar de las Islas Baleares:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
