&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;9. EXAMEN Y APROBACIÓN PROPUESTA MODIFICACIÓN PLANTILLA FUNCIONARIOS EVENTUALES O DE CONFIANZA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se presenta propuesta de Alcaldía de fecha 12/07/2019, que a continuación se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“Mediante Providencia de Alcaldía, de día 12.07.2019, se ha incoado expediente administrativo para modificar las características de las dos plazas de personal eventual que constan a la Plantilla Presupuestaria de Personal, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;para ejercer las funciones de: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;a) Coordinador y asistencia en las áreas de Fiestas y Ferias locales de este &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; municipio; y &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;b) Secretaria\ Secretario de Alcaldía y Coordinador de las relaciones institucionales del &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las funciones a ejercer se equiparon en las correspondientes al Grupo C-1, siendo requisito esencial disponer del título de bachiller superior o equivalente, con las retribuciones de 25.611,74 euros anuales (en 14 pagas mensuales).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Las funciones a realizar son las propias de colaboración con las áreas a las cuales figuran adscritos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Consta, en el expediente, informe favorable del letrado municipal, conformado por Secretaría sobre la legalidad de las modificaciones propuestas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Consiguientemente, y en uso de las funciones que la Ley de Bases del Régimen Local atribuye a esta Alcaldía, PROPONGO AL PLENARIO DEL AYUNTAMIENTO DE ALCUDIA, la adopción de los siguientes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACUERDOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Coordinar las tareas planificación, celebración y organización de las Ferias y las festividades que se lleven a cabo en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Impulsar la participación ciudadana en la planificación, programación, y celebración de las Ferias y las festividades que se lleven a cabo en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;Tercero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;: Remitir edicto de la presente resolución para que se publique al Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
