&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. En el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; núm. 76, de 8 de junio de 2019, se publicó la Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos (IEB) de 21 de mayo de 2019 por la que se convocan subvenciones para apoyar &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la organización de residencias de artistas y de comisariado de artes visuales en las Islas Baleares para el año 2019&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El 9 de septiembre de 2019, la Comisión Evaluadora revisó y valoró las 6 solicitudes presentadas entre el 8 de junio y el 31 de agosto de 2019, con los números de expediente comprendidos entre AVRES-1/2019 y AVRES-6/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. El 18 de setiembre de 2019, el instructor firmó y publicó la Propuesta de resolución del instructor en relación con la convocatoria de ayudas para apoyar la &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;organización de residencias de artistas y de comisariado de artes visuales en las Islas Baleares &lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. No se han presentado alegaciones a la Propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. De acuerdo con el apartado &lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; del artículo 10.1 de los Estatutos del IEB, aprobados por el Decreto 48/2018, de 21 de diciembre (BOIB núm. 160, de 22 de diciembre de 2018; corrección de errores: BOIB núm. 6, de 12 de enero de 2019), corresponde a la presidenta del IEB convocar y otorgar subvenciones, y no al director del ente, tal como establece el punto 10 de la Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;de 5 de febrero de 2019,&lt;/span&gt; por lo que esta Resolución tiene que ser dictada por la presidenta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La Resolución de la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos de 21 de mayo de 2019 por la que se convocan subvenciones para apoyar &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;la organización de residencias de artistas y de comisariado de artes visuales en las Islas Baleares &lt;/span&gt;para el año 2019 (BOIB núm. 76, de 8 de junio de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El artículo 10.1.&lt;em&gt;j)&lt;/em&gt; de los Estatutos del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos, aprobados por el Decreto 48/2018, de 21 de diciembre (BOIB núm. 160, de 22 de diciembre de 2018; corrección de errores: BOIB núm. 6, de 12 de enero de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. La disposición adicional primera del Texto refundido de la Ley de Subvenciones, aprobado por el Decreto Legislativo 2/2005, de 28 de diciembre (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de diciembre de 2005). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. La Orden de la consejera de Educación y Cultura de 1 de julio de 2009 por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de las subvenciones en materia de educación y cultura (BOIB núm. 100, de 11 de julio de 2009).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Aprobar y conceder subvenciones por un importe total de &lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;7.661,72&lt;/span&gt; € a favor de los beneficiarios que se incluyen en el anexo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto indicado a cada uno de los beneficiarios a cargo de los presupuestos e importes detallados en el anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Denegar la concesión de subvenciones a las solicitudes que aparecen en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Contra esta Resolución, que agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la presidenta del Instituto de Estudios Baleáricos en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y el artículo 57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;También podrá interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso administrativo ante la Sala de lo Contencioso-administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
