El 20 de febrero de 2019, la Comisión Paritaria del Convenio colectivo del sector de la Exhibición cinematográfica de las Illes Balears ratificó el Acuerdo en el que se aprueban las tablas salariales para el año 2019.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El 11 de julio de 2019, José Sebastián Ginard Vallcaneras, en representación de la Comisión Paritaria del Convenio colectivo, solicitó el registro, el depósito y la publicación del citado Acuerdo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. El artículo 90.3 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto de los Trabajadores, aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2015, de 23 de octubre.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. El Real Decreto 713/2010, de 28 de mayo, sobre registro y depósito de convenios y acuerdos colectivos de trabajo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. El artículo 45 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">1. Inscribir y depositar el Acuerdo de la Comisión Negociadora del Convenio colectivo del sector de la exhibición cinematográfica de las Illes Balears, en el que se aprueban las tablas salariales para el año 2019 en el Registro de Convenios Colectivos de las Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">2. Notificar esta Resolución a la persona interesada.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">3. Ordenar la traducción del texto a la lengua catalana y hacer constar que la versión castellana del texto es la original firmada por la Comisión Negociadora y que la versión catalana es su traducción.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">4. Pep Ginard, asesor de la parte sindical.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El objeto de la reunión es el de constituir la comisión paritaria del convenio colectivo de Exhibición Cinematográfica y a su vez, rectificar el salario mensual/anual de la categoría de limpiador/a del convenio colectivo&nbsp;Autonómico de exhibición cinematográfica de Illes Balears.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por parte de CCOO se propone actualizar las tablas salariales recogidas en el anexo 1 del convenio colectivo de Exhibición Cinematográfica de Illes Balears, tal como queda recogido en el artículo 24 del presente convenio colectivo.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por otro lado, CCOO plantea que los trabajadores contratados a tiempo completo durante todo el año, han de percibir en el año 2019, en cómputo anual, al menos la cuantía de doce mil seiscientos (12.600 €) euros, o la parte proporcional que corresponda en función del tiempo que trabajen, importe equivalente al salario mínimo interprofesional aprobado por el Real Decreto 1462/2018, de 21 de diciembre («BOE» núm. 312, del 27 de diciembre).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Por lo que el salario de la categoría de limpiador/a correspondiente al año 2019 debe ser incrementado en 12600€ anuales, que divididos entre 15 pagas corresponden a un salario mensual de 840€ con efecto retroactivo al 1 de enero de 2019.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Así, por parte de la Asociación patronal de salas de Exhibición Cinematográfica se manifiesta que, se estaría de acuerdo con esta propuesta y mantiene que con esta rectificación en las tablas salariales del convenio, se estaría cumpliendo la legislación vigente.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Para el procedimiento de inscripción del presente acuerdo para su registro y depósito, y publicación en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares, a los efectos previstos en el artículo 6 del Real Decreto 713/2010, de 28 de mayo, se designa a D.
