font-size:12px"><strong>Segundo.-</strong> Disponer el gasto de trece mil doscientos noventa y un euros con cuarenta y nueve céntimos (13.291,49€) con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 20.34101.48901, RC 220190000013 a favor de las 13 entidades beneficiarias que se relacionan en la tabla del punto primero de esta resolución y por los importes que constan.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Tercero.-</strong> Aprobar las cuentas justificativas, presentadas por las entidades beneficiarias, de la convocatoria de subvenciones para el desarrollo de la actividad deportiva de los clubs deportivos de Mallorca (CE19), por los importes que constan en la tabla<span style="display:none">&lt;A[mesa|tabla]&gt;</span> del punto primero de esta resolución.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Quart.-</strong> Reconocer y liquidar la obligación a favor de las entidades beneficiarias que se relacionan en la tabla<span style="display:none">&lt;A[mesa|tabla]&gt;</span> del punto primero de esta resolución por los importes que constan, derivada de la subvención mencionada, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 20 34101 48901, RC 220190000013, quedando agotado el crédito de la convocatoria de subvenciones para<span style="display:none">&lt;A[por|para]&gt;</span> el desarrollo de la actividad deportiva de los clubs deportivos de Mallorca (CE19).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>Quinto.-</strong> Proponer al honorable. Sr. consejero<span style="display:none">&lt;A[consejero|conseller]&gt;</span> ejecutivo de Hacienda y Función Pública del Consejo de Mallorca, la orden del pago al cual hace referencia el punto anterior. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Sexto.-</strong> Notificar esta resolución a las entidades beneficiarias y trasladar la información sobre estas concesiones a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones.”</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra esta resolución, que no pone fin a la vía administrativa, podéis interponer el recurso de alzada ante la Presidencia del Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en el plazo de un mes, contador a partir del día siguiente de su publicación. Contra la desestimación expresa de este recurso de alzada podéis interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, en el plazo de dos meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente de recibir la notificación de la desestimación de dicho recurso de alzada.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Si han transcurrido tres meses desde la interposición del recurso de alzada y no habéis recibido la notificación de la resolución expresa, se entiende desestimando por silencio y podéis interponer el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma que corresponda, en el plazo de seis meses, contadores a partir del día siguiente de la desestimación presunta. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No obstante el anterior, podéis interponer, si corresponde<span style="display:none">&lt;A[pega|ocurre]&gt;</span>, cualquier otro recurso que consideráis oportuno.
