&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;1. Mediante el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018 (BOIB núm. 31, de 10 de marzo) se aprobó el Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;2. El carácter estimativo de las cuantías que se prevén en el Plan Estratégico y el tiempo transcurrido desde que se aprobaron, hace necesario ajustar las previsiones contenidas en el anexo, en cuanto a determinadas líneas de ayudas que debe gestionar la Dirección G&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;eneral de Deportes y Juventud de la&lt;/span&gt; Consejería de Asuntos Sociales y Deportes, concretamente las previstas al Objetivo III&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.6, Lucha contra las desigualdades. Promoción del deporte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En este sentido, la Consejería mencionada propone la convocatoria de ayudas destinadas a facilitar la práctica del deporte mediante la aportación de los costes de los desplazamientos a la Península, Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla del material deportivo de los deportistas y clubes de las Illes Balears con motivo de participar en campeonatos y/o ligas nacionales e internacionales oficiales, ahora bien por motivos de eficiencia y organización de los deportistas, clubes y federaciones deportivas de las Illes Balears, es necesario que estos puedan planificar sus temporadas deportivas y así mismo conseguir precios más baratos en sus desplazamientos a la Península, Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla, cosa que hace pertinente incluir las anualidades 2021, 2022 y 2023, por lo cual se propone la modificación del Plan Estratégico para los ejercicios 2018/2020, con el fin de facilitar la planificación de las temporadas deportivas de los deportistas, clubes y federaciones deportivas de las Illes Balears, en sus desplazamientos a la Península, Islas Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla con motivo de participar en campeonatos y/o ligas nacionales e internacionales oficiales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;3. En el apartado 3 del Acuerdo mencionado se delega la aprobación y las eventuales modificaciones del anexo al Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones en la persona titular de la consejería competente en materia de hacienda, de acuerdo con el artículo 25 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Corresponde, por lo tanto, a la persona titular de la Consejería de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores la aprobación y/o modificación del anexo al Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El artículo 25 de la&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt; Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Decreto 9/2019, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se determina la composición del Gobierno y se establece la estructura de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Decreto 10/2019, de 2 de julio, de la presidenta de las Illes Balears, por el cual se dispone el nombramiento de los miembros de Gobierno de las Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;, mediante el cual se nombra la señora Rosario Sánchez Grau, consejera de Hacienda y Relaciones Exteriores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo esto, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Aprobar la modificación del anexo al Plan Estratégico de Subvenciones de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears para los ejercicios 2018-2020, aprobado por el Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 9 de marzo de 2018, en el sentido siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
