font-size:12px">A raíz de esta modificación que ha resultado definitiva, procede el cese de la Sra. Oses en la plaza de Jefa de Prensa (Grupo C1-Nivel CD 18) con efectos de día 31 de julio de 2019 y considerando la idoneidad de cubrir la plaza de Coordinador/a de Comunicación y relaciones con la Ciudadanía procede el nombramiento de una persona de confianza con titulación y calificación profesional suficiente para desarrollar estas funciones.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Esta Alcaldía conforme a las atribuciones conferidas para el artículo 104.2 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local, considera que la Sra. Edelmira Oses Gil, que ha acreditado estar en posesión de la titulación adecuada para cubrir este puesto de trabajo, reúne las condiciones para desarrollar estas funciones de Coordinador/a de Comunicación y relaciones con la Ciudadanía y, por lo cual, </span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>HE RESUELTO</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>PRIMERO.- </strong>Cesar a la Sra. Edelmira Oses Gil, titular del DNI n.º 78217684C, como personal eventual Jefa de Prensa (Grupo C1- Nivel CD 18) con efectos de día 31 de julio de 2019. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGUNDO.- </strong>Nombrar a la Sra.
