    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mediante Resolución de la Presidenta del Instituto de Industrias Culturales de las Illes Balears de 23 de septiembre de 2019 se aprobó la convocatoria pública y las bases para la selección del director gerente del Instituto de Industrias Culturales de las Illes Balears (ICIB), publicado en el BOIB núm. 130, de 24 de septiembre.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Dadas las funciones del director gerente de la ICIB (art. 20 de sus Estatutos, aprobados por el Decreto 50/2018, de 21 de diciembre), como, entre otras, las de representar legalmente a la ICIB ante las administraciones públicas, instituciones, entidades públicas y privadas, y personas físicas y jurídicas, así como de acuerdo con las funciones y competencias del ICIB (art. 5 de los Estatutos), como fomentar el desarrollo de las empresas relacionadas con las industrias culturales y asesorar nuevas empresas; facilitar las relaciones entre las industrias culturales y las administraciones públicas; difundir la información relativa a las ayudas y los servicios que las administraciones destinan a las industrias culturales, entre otras funciones, se ha considerado adecuado incluir la exigencia de un conocimiento suficiente de lengua catalana, y por otra parte, valorar como mérito, los conocimientos de catalán superiores a los exigidos como requisito, así como el conocimiento del inglés y de otras lenguas extranjeras.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. &lt;/strong&gt;Modificar el anexo 2 de la resolución en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. En la base segunda (Requisitos de los aspirantes), se añade un nuevo apartado:&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g) Estar en posesión del nivel B2 de catalán.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. En la base tercera (méritos de los aspirantes), modificar el apartado f, y añadir dos nuevos apartados:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;f) Acreditar un nivel superior de catalán al exigido como requisito.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;g) Conocimientos de la lengua inglesa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;h) Conocimientos de otras lenguas extranjeras, distintas del inglés.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. En la base octava (baremos de puntuación), el apartado A) queda redactado de la siguiente manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;A) Méritos (currículum): hasta 40 puntos&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Formación académica (letras a, b y c de la base tercera): 4 puntos por cada grado y 2 puntos para postgrado o máster, hasta un máximo de 10 puntos; el título que acredite como requisito no se tendrá en cuenta como mérito.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Experiencia en la coordinación de actividades (letra d de la base tercera): 1 punto por cada actividad coordinada con agentes del sector cultural público y privado para potenciar sinergias e incrementar la proyección pública local, nacional e internacional, hasta un máximo de 11 puntos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Experiencia profesional en puestos de dirección en el sector público o privado en gestión cultural (letra y de la base tercera): 1 punto por cada actividad de dirección, hasta un máximo de 10 puntos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Conocimientos de lengua catalana: se acreditarán documentalmente los certificados de nivel C1 o C2 de conocimientos de lengua catalana (letra f de la base tercera) de la Junta Evaluadora de Catalán, de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública u otro organismo reconocido al efecto en la legislación vigente; se valorará únicamente el nivel superior de conocimientos, no acumulables, de acuerdo con la tabla siguiente, hasta un máximo de 4 puntos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
