text/html CAIB CAIB 2019-09-25 es 626671 ![CDATA[<p><strong style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">La Alcaldía del Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears), mediante la Resolución núm. 2019-1282, de 16 septiembre, ha RESUELTO lo siguiente:</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>"Resolución de la Alcaldía del Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears)</strong></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Expediente 2285/2019.</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 2019-1141, de fecha 28 de agosto, aprueba la convocatoria, así como las bases (anexo I) por el sistema de concurso, de una bolsa de trabajo de profesorado de varias especialidades musicales de la Escuela Municipal de Música de la Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears), para los cursos que se han de impartir en la misma.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">La convocatoria se publica en el Boletín Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) núm. 116, de fecha 24 de agosto de 2019.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Dada la propuesta definitiva del tribunal calificador en el acta del proceso de selección de fecha 10 de septiembre de 2019 y, dado el anunció de las calificaciones obtenidas y orden de prelación y su exposición pública, en la misma fecha de 10 de septiembre de 2019, en la sede electrónica municipal. En vista de que no se han presentado solicitudes de revisión.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">De acuerdo con las bases de la convocatoria y de acuerdo también con la legislación vigente en materia de personal, y en uso de las atribuciones conferidas en el artículo 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de bases del régimen local y el artículo 41.14 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de organización y funcionamiento del régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales.</span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra esta resolución que pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponerse alternativamente recurso de reposición potestativo ante el Alcalde/sa de este Ayuntamiento, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas; o bien interponer directamente recurso contencioso - administrativo, ante el Juzgado o la Sala que resulte competente, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso - Administrativa. Si se optara por interponer el recurso de reposición potestativo no podrá interponer recurso contencioso - administrativo hasta que aquel sea resuelto expresamente o se haya producido su desestimación por silencio.
