    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:11.35pt"&gt;En cumplimiento del Decreto aprobado por el Concejal de deportes y juventud del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola, de fecha 24 de septiembre de 2019, por el que se aprueba la convocatoria para la concesión de subvenciones por el procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva en materia de Subvenciones para el desarrollo de las actividades deportivas de los clubes y de las entidades deportivas del municipio de Bunyola, durante la temporada 2018-2019, según los criterios y condiciones que a continuación se indican y de acuerdo con las Bases reguladoras y la convocatoria que se anexa seguidamente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:11.35pt"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:11.35pt"&gt;CONVOCATORIA DE SUBVENCIONES PARA EL DESARROLLO DE LAS ACTIVIDADES DEPORTIVAS DE LOS CLUBES Y DE LAS ENTIDADES DEPORTIVAS, TEMPORADA 2018-2019&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:11.35pt"&gt;1. OBJETO DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:11.35pt"&gt;Esta convocatoria tiene por objeto fijar los criterios para la concesión de subvenciones a las entidades deportivas del municipio de Bunyola, para el desarrollo de sus actividades deportivas ordinarias durante la temporada 2018-2019 con el objetivo de promover, potenciar y diversificar la práctica de la actividad deportiva en el municipio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:11.35pt"&gt;Las subvenciones se conceden en régimen de publicidad y concurrencia competitiva, tienen carácter discrecional, voluntario y eventual, son libremente revocables y reducidas en todo momento por las causas previstas en la legislación vigente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;2. BASES REGULADORAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Las bases reguladoras y la presente convocatoria se aprueban conjuntamente por Decreto de Alcaldía de fecha 24 de septiembre de 2019 y se harán públicas en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;3. PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Las subvenciones serán concedidas mediante procedimiento de concurrencia competitiva y de acuerdo con los principios de publicidad, transparencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación, de acuerdo con lo establecido en las bases y la convocatoria que la regulan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;4. BENEFICIARIOS Y REQUISITOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Puede solicitar participar en la convocatoria cualquier entidad deportiva sin ánimo de lucro que reúna los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Estar legalmente constituidas y tener la sede social en el término municipal de Bunyola. Estar inscritas en el Registro General de Entidades del Ayuntamiento y en el Registro de Entidades Deportivas de las Islas Baleares y estar al corriente de las obligaciones fiscales con el Ayuntamiento de Bunyola, con la Agencia Tributaria y con la Seguridad Social. Acreditar una antigüedad mínima de dos años y desarrollar la actividad deportiva continuada durante este tiempo el municipio de Bunyola. Acreditar un mínimo de 20 socios a la entidad así como una copia de la última acta de la asamblea general anual. Quedarán excluidas aquellas entidades deportivas que no incurran en las circunstancias previstas en el artículo 13.2 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;5. PROCEDIMIENTO Y PLAZO PARA LA PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Las entidades deportivas deberán presentar la solicitud según lo establecido en la normativa vigente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;El 2 de octubre de 2016 entró en vigor la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas que obliga a todas las entidades a relacionarse con las administraciones públicas por medios electrónicos y, por tanto, disponer necesariamente de un certificado general que represente la organización. Esta relación electrónica hace referencia tanto a las notificaciones como la presentación de documentos y solicitudes a través de registro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Esto implica que todas las solicitudes y documentaciones que se dirijan al Ayuntamiento deben realizarse obligatoriamente mediante el registro electrónico:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;http://bunyola.sedelectronica.es/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Es necesario que, como entidad, se obtenga un certificado o firma digital&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;El certificado o la firma digital es un documento en formato digital que sirve para identificar a una persona física o jurídica a la que se le asigna una clave para poder realizar trámites con las administraciones de forma electrónica. Tiene un valor legal equivalente al de la firma manuscrita. El certificado o la firma digital, se deberá solicitar a través de la web de la Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre (FNMT) https://www.sede.fnmt.gob.es/ca/certificados, que es una "entidad certificadora"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;La entidad deberá acreditar la titularidad de forma presencial en alguna de las Oficinas Registro. Finalmente, se hará una descarga del certificado vía internet y se realizará una copia de seguridad del certificado. "&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;La presentación de las solicitudes implica la plena aceptación de estas bases y de los requisitos y obligaciones que se recogen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;La entidad deportiva deberá adjuntar a la solicitud, la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;1. Fotocopia del DNI de la persona que suscribe la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;2. Memoria de presentación de la entidad, así como de los proyectos que llevan a cabo, y en su caso de la justificación de promover la promoción de valores positivos para el deporte y la relación de actividades organizadas por la entidad para promover el deporte (no están incluidas: centros, campus, colonias, ...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;3. Certificado de la federación correspondiente o / y del Gobierno Balear del número de equipos que participan en competiciones, y número de licencias tramitadas (por género y categorías) durante la temporada 2018 a 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;4. Declaración jurada del responsable de encontrar al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;5. Declaración jurada sobre si se ha solicitado u obtenido otras ayudas para la misma actividad, así como su importe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;6. Presupuesto económico de la entidad deportiva temporada 2018-2019 (gastos e ingresos).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes en el registro general de entrada del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola es de diez (10) días hábiles, a contar a partir del día siguiente de su publicación en el BOIB. En caso de que la documentación presentada sea incorrecta o incompleta, las entidades dispondrán de diez (10) días hábiles, contados desde el momento de la notificación, para subsanar el error o carencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;En caso de que no se haga, se archivará el expediente sin ningún trámite posterior, por entenderse como renuncia de parte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;6. LÍNEAS / PROGRAMAS DE SUBVENCIONES Y DOTACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Pueden ser objeto de subvenciones los clubes deportivos municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;La dotación presupuestaria total para la convocatoria de las subvenciones para el desarrollo de las actividades ordinarias es de nueve mil euros (9.000 €).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Las entidades podrán presentarse según la tipología y edades de los deportistas, a una línea / programa o en las diferentes líneas / programas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Esta subvención irá con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria de 9.000 € prevista en los presupuestos municipales del 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;7. CRITERIOS PARA EL OTORGAMIENTO Y PARA LA DETERMINACIÓN DE LA CUANTÍA DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;El otorgamiento de la subvención se efectuará en régimen de concurrencia competitiva y de acuerdo con los criterios y baremos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Entidades deportivas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.1 Ayudas para fichas federativas a menores de 18 años y empadronados en el municipio de Bunyola (5.000 €). Se aplicará la fórmula siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I&lt;sub&gt;1&lt;/sub&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;=NFCx(5000/NTF)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;NFC = número de fichas presentadas por la entidad&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;NTF = número total de fichas presentadas por todas las entidades&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;div style="page-break-after:always"&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
	​​​​​​​&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.2 Ayudas para equipos federados categorías inferiores (2.000 €). Se aplicará la formula siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I&lt;sub&gt;2&lt;/sub&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;=NECx(2000/NET)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;NEC = número de equipos presentados por la entidad&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;NET = número total de equipos presentados por todas las entidades&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.3 Ayudas para guarderías deportivas (2.000 €). hasta un máximo de 500 € por entidad.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Total = I&lt;sub&gt;1&lt;/sub&gt;&amp;nbsp;+ I&lt;sub&gt;2&lt;/sub&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;+ I&lt;sub&gt;3&lt;/sub&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;8. EVALUACIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN DE LA CONVOCATORIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Con el fin de mejorar la evaluación de las solicitudes y a lo largo de todo el proceso, la Concejalía de Deportes, podrá hacer tantas actuaciones como estime necesarias para la determinación del conocimiento y la comprobación de datos en virtud de los cuales se conformará la propuesta de resolución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes, una comisión evaluadora, integrada por el alcalde, la Concejalía de Deportes, el secretario municipal y personal técnico estudiará los proyectos presentados y emitirá propuesta de resolución a fin de someterla a la aprobación de la Junta de Gobierno Local. Si es necesario, esta comisión podrá pedir información complementaria a las entidades deportivas que hayan presentado la solicitud de subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;La resolución se notificará a las entidades deportivas participantes en un plazo de quince días naturales. Las entidades dispondrán de diez días hábiles a partir de la fecha de la notificación se de la resolución, para poder presentar alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;En caso de que no se produzca notificación se expresa, se entenderá que la solicitud ha sido desestimada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;El Ayuntamiento de Bunyola no asume ninguna responsabilidad sobre la actuación del beneficiario ni por los daños y perjuicios que puedan sobrevenirle durante el periodo de realización de la actividad para la que se reciba la subvención, ni tampoco los que pueda ocasionar a terceros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;9. CONDICIONES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Además de las obligaciones establecidas en estas bases y las que establece la Ley con carácter general, son obligaciones específicas:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;1. Cumplir el objetivo, ejecutar el proyecto, realizar la actividad o adoptar el comportamiento que fundamenta la concesión de la ayuda, durante la temporada 2018-2019, así como justificar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones, así como la realización de la actividad y el cumplimiento de la finalidad que determinen la concesión o disfrute de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;2. Someterse a las actuaciones de comprobación y control financiero del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola y otras entidades de control competentes con el compromiso de aportar la documentación que sea requerida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;No se autorizarán cambios de destino en las subvenciones concedidas. Los cambios de aspectos específicos en los programas deberán ser autorizados por el órgano que concede la subvención. En otro caso, la subvención podrá ser revocada por incumplimiento de los fines para los que fue otorgado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Cualquier subvención concebida por el Ayuntamiento de Bunyola llevará implícito la condición de que en toda la documentación y propaganda escrita o gráfica de la actividad subvencionada se consigne la leyenda "con el apoyo del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola" y el logotipo correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Las subvenciones serán compatibles con otras subvenciones siempre que la suma de los importes recibidos por este concepto no supere el coste total del proyecto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;El incumplimiento de alguno apartado por parte de la entidad solicitante de la convocatoria anterior, imposibilitará de presentarse a la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;10. PAGO DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;A cuenta de la subvención otorgada, el Ayuntamiento efectuará el pago del 100% de su cuantía una vez haya sido aprobada la resolución de la convocatoria de subvenciones y justificada dicha subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;11. JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN RECIBIDA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;La justificación de la subvención se hará presentando el registro de entrada de la sede electrónica, la siguiente documentación; (Documento cuenta justificativa normalizado),&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;1. Acreditación de los pagos efectuados por un importe, como mínimo, equivalente a la aportación económica del Ayuntamiento de Bunyola, y presentación al órgano otorgante del original y fotocopia de las facturas, para que una vez verificada su elegibilidad, se diligenciar y devolver los originales y se compulsar las copias que quedarán incorporadas al expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;2. Liquidación económica de la actividad (ingresos y gastos) en la que quede reflejada la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Se considerará gasto realizado si ha sido efectivamente pagado con anterioridad a la finalización de la temporada 2018-2019 (junio 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;El plazo máximo para justificar la totalidad de la subvención recibida es hasta el 15 del mes de diciembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;La falta de justificación, en el plazo establecido, puede conllevar la revocación total o parcial de la subvención y se archivará el expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Se reducirá proporcionalmente la subvención concedida en el supuesto de que, cuando se aporte la documentación justificativa, el gasto real sea inferior a la subvención concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;12. REINTEGRO DE LA SUBVENCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;La declaración de nulidad o anulabilidad del acto de concesión o la existencia de alguna de las causas de reintegro previstas en el artículo 37 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones podrá dar lugar al reintegro de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;El procedimiento de reintegro de la subvención concebida y, en su caso, el cobro de los intereses de demora, se regirá por lo dispuesto en los artículos 41 a 43 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;13. RESPONSABILIDAD Y RÉGIMEN SANCIONADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;Los beneficiarios de las subvenciones reguladas en estas bases quedarán sometidos a las responsabilidades y régimen sancionador que se establece en el Título IV de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;La no presentación de la documentación justificativa en tiempo y / o forma, el falseamiento de los datos aportados o la modificación de los fines para los que se ha concedido la subvención, darán lugar al reintegro de las cantidades recibidas y la posible inhabilitación del entidad a efectos de no poder solicitar el Servicio Municipal de Deportes, durante el tiempo que se determine, ninguna subvención económica para esta misma convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:125%"&gt;14. INFORMACIÓN Y ASESORAMIENTO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
