    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión extraordinaria de día 1 de julio de 2019, ha adoptado el acuerdo relativo al nombramiento de representantes de la Corporación en órganos supramunicipales y órganos colegiados, y que a continuación se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“8. EXAMEN Y APROBACIÓN PROPUESTA NOMBRAMIENTO REPRESENTANTES AYUNTAMIENTO A ÓRGANOS SUPRAMUNICIPALES Y COLEGIADOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Se presenta propuesta de Alcaldía de fecha 26 de junio de 2019, que a continuación se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“PROPUESTA SOBRE EL NOMBRAMIENTO DE REPRESENTANTES DE LA CORPORACIÓN EN ÓRGANOS SUPRAMUNICIPALES Y ÓRGANOS COLEGIADOS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 38 c) del Real decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el cual se aprueba el Reglamento de organización, funcionamiento y régimen jurídico de las entidades locales (ROF), corresponde al Pleno del Ayuntamiento, en el ámbito de sus competencias y dentro de los treinta días siguientes al de la sesión constitutiva, resolver el nombramiento de los representantes de la Corporación en toda clase de órganos colegiados en que esta tenga que estar representada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En consideración al que disponen el artículo 12 de los Estatutos del Organismo Autónomo de Alcúdia Radio; los artículos 17 y 18 de los Estatutos del Patronato Municipal de Deportes de Alcúdia; el artículo de la Ley 9/1998, de 14 de diciembre, de Consejos Escolares de las Islas Baleares y los respectivos reglamentos internos de los centros escolares; el artículo 11 del Estatutos de la Fundación Biblioteca de Alcúdia; el artículo 15 de los Estatutos del Consorcio de Infraestructuras de las Islas Baleares; el artículo 6 de los Estatutos del Consorcio de Promoción Exterior de Alcúdia; el artículo 10 de los Estatutos de la Ciudad Romana de Pollentia ; el artículo 34 del Real decreto Legislativo 2/2011, de 5 de septiembre, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Puertos del Estado y de la Marina Mercante; el artículo 5 del Decreto 121/2001, dictado por la Consejería de Medio ambiente en fecha 19 de octubre de 2001, por el cual se declara Albufera Reserva Natural; y artículo 83 de la Ley 12/2027, de 29 de diciembre, de Urbanismo de las Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Consiguientemente, por todo el que precede esta Alcaldía somete a consideración del plenario la adopción de los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ACUERDOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMERO. -&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Nombrar representantes de la Corporación en los órganos que se expresan a las personas siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. ORGANISMO AUTÓNOMO DE ALCÚDIA RADIO (arte. 12 Estatutos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
