    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El Ayuntamiento Pleno, en sesión extraordinaria celebrada el día 12 de septiembre de 2019, adoptó el acuerdo relativo al régimen de dedicación y retribución del regidor delegado del Área de Juventud, Normalización Lingüística, Escuela de Música, Biblioteca Municipal y Participación Ciudadana que, en su parte bastante, dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Primero&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.- Determinar el régimen de dedicación para el siguiente cargo así como las correspondientes retribuciones para el ejercicio efectivo de los mismos: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Segundo.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las retribuciones anuales brutas del regidor delegado con dedicación parcial al 50%, atendiendo a la tarea de gobierno que requieren estos cargos públicos, será la proporcional al número de horas de dedicación efectiva correspondiente a un régimen de dedicación mínima necesaria de dicho porcentaje sobre la jornada completa semanal para la percepción de dichas retribuciones.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Tercero.- &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las cuantías antes mencionadas se percibirán en catorce pagas correspondientes a doce pagas mensuales y dos pagas extraordinarias de junio y diciembre.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las retribuciones fijadas se incrementarán cada año, si procede, en la cantidad que establezca la Ley de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para retribuciones de los miembros de las Corporaciones Locales /personal del sector público sin necesidad de nuevo acuerdo plenario. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Cuarto. - &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dar de alta en el régimen general de la Seguridad Social a los miembros de la Corporación que ejerzan tal cargo en régimen de dedicación parcial, asumiendo el Ayuntamiento el pago de las cuotas empresariales que corresponda, siendo su percepción incompatible con la de cualquier otra retribución con cargo a los presupuestos de las Administraciones Públicas y de los entes, organismos autónomos y empresas de ellas dependientes y cualquier otra que así determine la legislación vigente.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quinto&lt;/em&gt;.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Autorizar el gasto en la cuantía necesaria para hacer frente al pago de las retribuciones previstas, así como a los costes de afiliación y cotización a la Seguridad Social, con efectos de día 1 de octubre de 2019. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Sexto&lt;/em&gt;.- &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Publicar íntegramente el presente acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB) y en el tablón de edictos de la Corporación, de conformidad con el artículo 75.5 de la Ley 7/85, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local (LBRL), y en el portal de transparencia del Ayuntamiento, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 8.1 f) de la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El anterior acuerdo se publica íntegramente para el conocimiento general conforme establece el artículo 75.5 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases del régimen local (LBRL) y demás disposiciones legales vigentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
