    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El Alcalde en fecha 12 de septiembre de 2019 ha aprobado la convocatoria de subvenciones a proyectos y actividades sociales, que ha sido enviada a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones con el número de código 473596, mediante la resolución que seguidamente se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;“&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;V&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ista la Provisión de Alcaldía de fecha 2 de agosto de 2019 de acuerdo con la cual el Ayuntamiento quiere continuar impulsando y colaborando con las actividades y acontecimientos de cariz social que organicen y desarrollen dentro del término las asociaciones y entidades de sin ánimo de lucro, fomentando la acción social y mejorando el bienestar de los habitantes de Santa Margalida, en especial, de los colectivos más vulnerables. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atendiendo la Base de Ejecución número 37 del Presupuesto Municipal de 2019 y de acuerdo con la Ordenanza General reguladora de la concesión de subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida (BOIB Núm. 142 de 29/09/2012). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dado que de acuerdo con la mencionada Ordenanza las subvenciones que se conceden a través del procedimiento de concesión en régimen de concurrencia competitiva se inician de oficio mediante convocatoria aprobada por el Pleno. Si bien con carácter previo o simultáneo a la aprobación de la convocatoria se tienen que aprobar las Bases Específicas de la subvención. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Atendido el contenido actualmente vigente de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones, que reconoce en las bases reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones la naturaleza de disposiciones reglamentarias y a la convocatoria de las subvenciones la naturaleza de acto administrativo, se hace necesaria una publicación diferenciada, y por este motivo se tienen que someter a votación unas y la otra de forma separada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Viste el informe de Intervención de fecha 2 de agosto de acuerdo con el cual en el Presupuesto Municipal para el año 2019 del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida&amp;nbsp; existe la aplicación presupuestaria&amp;nbsp; 231 48904 Subvenciones Acción Social&amp;nbsp; con una consignación de 6.000,00.-€.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dado que el Ayuntamiento en Pleno el 20 de agosto de 2019 aprobó en sesión extraordinaria las Bases específicas que tienen que regir la convocatoria de subvenciones a proyectos y actividades sociales para el año 2019 y también la delegación al Alcalde de la aprobación de la convocatoria de las subvenciones objeto de estas Bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dado que las Bases han sido publicadas&amp;nbsp; en el BOIB núm. 116 de 24 de agosto de 2019 y a la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento, &amp;nbsp;en uso de las facultades legalmente establecidas RESUELVO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.-&lt;/strong&gt; Aprobar la Convocatoria de subvenciones a proyectos y actividades sociales, que se adjuntan como ANEXO I, que se concederán de acuerdo con las Bases Específicas aprobadas por el Pleno y publicadas en el BOIB núm. 116 de de 24 de agosto de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO.&lt;/strong&gt;- Publicar el presente acuerdo, junto con la convocatoria, en la Base de datos Nacional de Subvenciones, en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma y a la Sede Electrónica de este Ayuntamiento.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJETO Y FINALIDAD&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El objeto del presente acto es regular las ayudas económicas que el Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida concederá durante el año 2019 a las asociaciones del término municipal para las actividades y eventos de carácter social que organicen y desarrollen dentro del término.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. La finalidad de estas subvenciones es fomentar la acción social y mejorar el bienestar de los habitantes de Santa Margarita, en especial, de los colectivos más vulnerables, así como la cooperación entre estas entidades y el Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. CONSIGNACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Durante el ejercicio presupuestario 2019, se destina la cantidad de 6.000,00.- € a las subvenciones objeto de la presente convocatoria, con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria siguiente: 231 48904 Acción Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. BENEFICIARIOS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Podrán ser beneficiarios de las subvenciones objeto de esta convocatoria aquellas entidades y asociaciones legalmente constituidas como entidades sin ánimo de lucro y con domicilio social en el término de Santa Margalida que tengan, entre sus finalidades, el objeto de la presente convocatoria. También aquellas que, sin tener su domicilio en el término de Santa Margalida, realicen sus acciones en el término o resulten beneficiarios de las mismas los habitantes del término.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. No podrán obtener la condición de beneficiario de las subvenciones las personas o entidades en quienes concurra alguna de las circunstancias que se indican en los apartados 2 y 3 del artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones y en el artículo 8 de la Ordenanza General Reguladora de las Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. ACTIVIDADES SUBVENCIONABLES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Son objeto de subvención los gastos derivados de actuaciones y proyectos organizados y ejecutados desde el 1 de noviembre de 2018 hasta el día 30 de octubre del 2019 para las entidades relacionadas en la base tercera de esta convocatoria que, de forma indubitada, lleven a término actividades que mejoren el bienestar social de los habitantes del término de Santa Margalida y, en especial, de los colectivos más vulnerables, y promuevan la acción social del término de Santa Margalida, siempre que sean necesarias y se hayan abonado antes de la finalización del periodo de justificación. En especial, son subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="circle"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Actividades socioculturales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Actividades deportivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Actividades formativas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Actividades de ocio y de tiempo libre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Adquisición de material fungible e inventariable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. ACTIVIDADES NO SUBVENCIONABLES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En ningún caso serán gastos subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="circle"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los intereses deudores de las cuentas bancarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Intereses, recargos y sanciones administrativas y penales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Gastos de procedimientos judiciales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los tributos, salvo que el beneficiario de la subvención los abone efectivamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Los impuestos indirectos cuando son susceptibles de recuperación o compensación ni los impuestos personales sobre la renta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Gastos de avituallamiento, cenas y comidas de inauguraciones, conclusiones u otras celebraciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Premios en metálico para participantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Gastos de personal de la entidad que desarrolle funciones generales de gestión o administrativas (gerente, director, personal administrativo...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. RÉGIMEN DE LA CONCESIÓN. COMPATIBILIDAD O INCOMPATIBILIDAD CON OTRAS SUBVENCIONES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. Las subvenciones objeto de la presente convocatoria se concederán en régimen de concurrencia competitiva de todas las solicitudes que cumplan los requisitos exigidos en las bases y en la presente convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Las subvenciones, tal y como prevé la Base de Ejecución Nº. 37 del Presupuesto Municipal de 2019 podrán superar el 80% del coste de la actividad subvencionada, teniendo en cuenta las limitaciones presupuestarias y las bases reguladoras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Las ayudas económicas objeto de la presente convocatoria son compatibles con otras ayudas efectuadas por cualquier otra administración pública o entidad privada, siempre que el importe de las ayudas concedidas sea de tal cuantía que, aisladamente o en concurrencia con otras no supere el coste de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES. PLAZO, LUGAR Y FORMA.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El plazo para presentar las solicitudes será de 20 días hábiles desde el siguiente a la publicación de la correspondiente convocatoria al BOIB. En caso de que el último día sea inhábil, el plazo se entenderá ampliado hasta el siguiente día hábil. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Las solicitudes se formularán mediante instancia, deben dirigirse al Sr. Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento y se presentarán en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margarita, en las dependencias municipales de Can Picafort o en cualquiera de los lugares establecidos en el artículo16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas (en adelante LPACAP). En caso de solicitudes presentadas por personas jurídicas o entidades sin personalidad jurídica, las instancias deberán de presentarse a través de medios electrónicos, de acuerdo con el artículo 14.2 de la LPACAP. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Las solicitudes se formularán de acuerdo con el modelo instancia (ANEXO I). Juntamente con la solicitud, que irá firmada por el legal representante de la entidad, se debe presentar la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Fotocopia del NIF de la entidad solicitante y fotocopia del DNI / NIE / Pasaporte de la persona que firma la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Documentación acreditativa de la representación en virtud de la cual actúa la persona que firma la solicitud. Se debe acreditar el nombramiento y la vigencia del cargo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Fotocopia de los Estatutos o Acta Fundacional inscritos en el Registro Oficial Correspondiente. No será necesario presentar este documento si la entidad solicittante lo ha acreditado en anteriores convocatorias de subvenciones y ayudas económicas del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida y no se ha producido ninguna modificación desde entonces.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Proyecto explicativo de las actividades o actuaciones para las que se so licita la ayuda económica. Entre otros aspectos, deben constar, los objetivos perseguidos, el colectivo al que van dirigido, el presupuesto (donde se indicarán los gastos y los ingresos), los medios humanos y materiales necesarios para llevarlo a cabo, las fechas de realización, las personas responsables de su ejecución, las formas de colaboración previstas en la financiación y las medidas de difusión adoptadas que, como mínimo, deben consistir con la inclusión del nombre y de la imagen corporativa del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida como entidad que subvenciona el evento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En su caso, en el presupuesto se deberá desglosar la parte correspondiente a impuestos. (ANEXO III)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En el caso de que a la fecha de solicitud ya se haya realizado el proyecto por el que se solicita la subvención, se adjuntará una memoria descriptiva de las actuaciones realizadas. En ella deben constar, en la medida en que sea posible, los aspectos indicados en el párrafo anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Certificado bancario que acredite la cuenta corriente o la libreta en que se ingresará el importe de la subvención (ANEXO V). No será necesario presentar este certificado bancario si la entidad solicitante lo ha acreditado en anteriores convocatorias de subvenciones y ayudas económicas del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida y no se ha producido ninguna modificación desde entonces.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Declaración que la entidad solicitante no recibe ninguna ayuda por el mismo concepto, o el importe de la ayuda recibida o solicitada con relación al total y declaración responsable ante autoridad administrativa de no incurrir en ninguna de las prohibiciones establecidas en la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones (Anexo II).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Certificado de hallarse al corriente en el cumplimento de las obligaciones tributarias ante la Agencia Estatal de la Administración Tributaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. Certificado de hallarse al corriente en el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias ante la Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. Certificado de hallarse al corriente&amp;nbsp; de las obligaciones tributarias ante este Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 28.3 de la LPACAP, en caso de que la documentación exigida ya esté en poder del Ayuntamiento, el solicitante, siempre que no hayan transcurrido más de cinco años desde la finalización del procedimiento de que formen parte, podrá hacer uso de su derecho a no presentarla, haciendo constar la fecha, el procedimiento y el órgano o dependencia en que fueron presentados o emitidos. En el supuesto de imposibilidad material de obtener el documento, el órgano competente podrá requerir al solicitante su presentación, o en defecto de ello, la acreditación por cualquier medio de los requisitos del hecho al que se refiere el documento, con anterioridad a la formulación de la propuesta de resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Si la solicitud no reúne los requisitos establecidos en esta convocatoria, se requerirá al interesado para que en el plazo máximo de 10 días subsane las deficiencias, advirtiéndole de que si no lo hace se le tendrá por desistido de su petición, previa resolución que se dictará en los términos previstos en el artículo 21 de la LPACAP. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. Cualquiera de los órganos que intervienen en el procedimiento de concesión podrá, en cualquier momento del proceso, solicitar al interesado la información complementaria, los datos y las acreditaciones que estime necesarias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. PROCEDIMIENTO DE CONCESIÓN. INICIO, INSTRUCCIÓN Y RESOLUCIÓN.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El procedimiento de concesión de la subvención se iniciará de oficio, mediante acuerdo del Ayuntamiento Pleno que aprobará la convocatoria, previa aprobación de las Bases Específicas. La convocatoria será publicada en la Base Nacional de Subvenciones, en el BOIB y en la sede electrónica de este Ayuntamiento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El órgano instructor del procedimiento de concesión corresponde a la Concejalía de Servicios Sociales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Una Comisión Evaluadora se reunirá para examinar si los beneficiarios cumplen todos los requisitos necesarios para acceder a las subvenciones y evaluar las solicitudes conforme a los criterios de valoración establecidos en esta convocatoria. De todo lo actuado en esta reunión se levantará acta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La Comisión Evaluadora estará integrada por los siguientes miembros:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;· Sr. Martín A. Torres Valls, Alcalde del Ayuntamiento que actuará como Presidente de la Mesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El órgano instructor, a la vista del expediente y del acta de la reunión de la Comisión, formulará propuesta de resolución provisional, debidamente motivada, que se publicará en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento, abriéndose un plazo de 10 días naturales para presentar alegaciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El instructor incorporará al expediente una diligencia firmada por la persona responsable en que conste lugar y fecha de publicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En cuanto a la presentación de alegaciones se estará a lo establecido por la presentación de solicitudes. Si no se presentan&amp;nbsp; alegaciones dentro del plazo concedido, la propuesta de resolución formulada tendrá el carácter de definitiva. En otro caso, una vez examinadas las alegaciones presentadas por los interesados, el órgano instructor formulará propuesta de resolución definitiva, que deberá expresar el solicitante o la relación de solicitantes por los que se propone la concesión de la subvención, su cuantía, especificando su evaluación y los criterios de valoración seguidos para efectuarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La propuesta de resolución definitiva se publicará en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento otorgando a los beneficiarios un plazo de 10 días naturales para que comuniquen su aceptación. Se entenderá aceptada si dentro de este plazo no se expresa lo contrario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. La competencia para resolver el procedimiento y conceder la subvención se atribuye a la Junta de Gobierno Local, que dictará esta resolución una vez dictada la propuesta de resolución definitiva y emitido informe de fiscalización por la Intervención Municipal. La resolución se notificará a todos los solicitantes y se publicará en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. CRITERIOS QUE DEBEN REGIR EL OTORGAMIENTO Y CUANTÍA DE LAS SUBVENCIONES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La concesión de las subvenciones a las que hacen referencia esta convocatoria se rige por los principios de publicidad, concurrencia, objetividad, igualdad y no discriminación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Con el fin de establecer la puntuación de las solicitudes presentadas, los criterios de valoración para resolver la convocatoria serán los siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Repercusión social de la actividad.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;0 a 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Número de personas que puedan resultar beneficiarias. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 0 a 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Interés socioeducativo de la actividad.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 0 a 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Continuidad y estabilidad de la actividad.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 0 a 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Número de asociados o miembros de la entidad solicitante. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;0 a 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Vulnerabilidad del colectivo beneficiario. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 0 a 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Quedarán automáticamente excluidos del procedimiento los solicitudes que no obtengan una puntuación mínima de 5 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. El importe máximo de subvención será de 1.500,00.- € por solicitante.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. En caso de que el importe consignado en la aplicación presupuestaria con cargo a la que se abonará a subvención no sea suficiente para atender todas las solicitudes, para determinar el importe de la subvención, se aplicará el siguiente sistema:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Se suma el número de puntos obtenidos por todas las entidades que cumplan los requisitos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Se divide el importe total del crédito asignado a esta subvención entre el número total de puntos, y así se obtendrá el valor de cada punto en euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. La cuantía que corresponde a cada subvención es el resultado de multiplicar el número de puntos obtenidos por cada solicitante por el valor en euros de cada punto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. La cuantía de la subvención tendrá como límite máximo el crédito consignado contemplado en esta convocatoria y no podrá superar el 100% del coste de la actuación subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. PLAZO DE RESOLUCIÓN Y NOTIFICACIÓN.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. El plazo máximo para resolver y notificar la resolución del procedimiento no podrá exceder de seis meses, a contar desde la publicación de la convocatoria en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El vencimiento del plazo máximo sin haberse notificado la resolución legitima a los interesados ​​para entender desestimada por silencio administrativo la solicitud de la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. OBLIGACIONES DE LOS BENEFICIARIOS&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las entidades beneficiarias deberán cumplir las obligaciones establecidas en las disposiciones normativas que son de aplicación y, en concreto, de la Ordenanza General Reguladora de la Concesión de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida (BOIB 142 de 29/09 / 2012), y de las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Aceptar y cumplir la normativa del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Llevar a cabo el objeto de la subvención de acuerdo con las condiciones establecidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;c. Acreditar ante el Ayuntamiento que han ejecutado o realizado la actividad subvencionada con la documentación correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;d. Comunicar al órgano competente para resolver de acuerdo con el artículo 8.3 de la presente convocatoria la obtención de subvenciones o ayudas para la misma finalidad no previstas inicialmente, así como cualquier eventualidad que altere el desarrollo de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;e. Facilitar toda la información complementaria que requiera el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;f. Hacer constar que la actividad está subvencionada por el Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida mediante el logotipo o las identificaciones corporativas del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;g. Informar e invitar a las autoridades del Ayuntamiento a la presentación, inauguración y clausura de la actividad subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;h. Hacer la publicidad de la actividad subvencionada en lengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;i. Presentar, una vez concluida la actividad subvencionada, la documentación justificativa requerida en base siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA SUBVENCIÓN.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;1. La justificación de los gastos subvencionados deberá realizarse con anterioridad al día 15 de noviembre de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. El abono de la subvención se hará previa justificación por parte de la entidad beneficiaria de la realización de la actividad subvencionada, el cumplimiento de la finalidad y el 100% del gasto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;3. Para justificar la subvención otorgada se presentará una cuenta justificativa integrada por la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;a. Una memoria de la actuación justificativa del cumplimiento de las condiciones impuestas en la concesión de la subvención, con las actividades que se han hecho y los resultados obtenidos, la temporalización, medios de difusión utilizados, la evaluación y cualquier otro aspecto que pueda resultar adecuado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;b. Una memoria económica justificativa del coste de las actividades que se han hecho, que contendrá: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o Una relación clasificada de ls gastos e inversiones de la actividad, con identificación del acreedor y del documento, su importe, fecha de emisión y, en su caso, fecha de pago. Si la subvención se otorga de acuerdo a un presupuesto, se indicarán las desviaciones acaecidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o Las facturas documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa incorporados en la relación referida en el párrafo anterior y, en su caso, la documentación acreditativa del pago.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o Declaración respnsable de haber hecho el proyecto o actividad subvencionada, en la que se detallarán los ingresos y los gastos que se han derivado señalando su importe y la procedencia (ANEXO IV).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o Declaración respnsable de que las facturas presentadas para justificar la subvención otorgada no superan el valor de mercado y que no se recuperará ni se compensará el IVA (ANEXO IV)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o Justificante de pag de las facturas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o Una relación detallada de tros ingresos o subvenciones que hayan financiado la actividad subvencionada señalando su importe y su procedencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o Una muestra, en su cas, del material de difusión de la actividad subvencionada: carteles, folletos de mano y cualquier otro elemento publicitario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. Los gastos se justificarán con facturas y otros documentos de valor probatorio equivalente en el tráfico jurídico mercantil o con eficacia administrativa, en original y copia para compulsar. Si se han de devolver las facturas o justificantes originales, a petición de la entidad subvencionada, se debe reflejar con un sello la fecha de concesión de la subvención así como el importe del justificante que se imputa a la subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. Las facturas originales, acreditativas del gasto subvencionado, expedidas a nombre de las personas o entidades subvencionadas y con su NIF, expresarán claramente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o Fecha de emisión, que deberá crresponder al período de actividades subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o Dats fiscales (Nombre, domicilio, NIF, etc.) de la entidad emisora ​​y de la entidad pagadora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o Númer de la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o Cncepto detallado por el que se ex&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o pide, que deberá ser suficientemente clar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;o Imprte, desglosando la parte que corresponde a IVA, si procede. Si la operación está exenta de IVA se debe mencionar en la factura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Si la entidad beneficiaria únicamente dispone de la factura o documento justificativo que acredita el gasto recibida por correo electrónico, se admitirá siempre que la impresión de la factura se adjunte un certificado firmado por el representante legal de la entidad en que manifieste imposibilidad o dificultad grave para obtener el documento original y declare que la factura ni se ha utilizado ni se utilizará para justificar ningún otro subvención.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Para justificar las indemnizaciones que por gastos efectivos ocasionados han abonado a los colaboradores en el evento (no por los servicios prestados), la entidad beneficiaria deberá aportar un certificado firmado por el representante legal de la entidad y por la persona colaboradora donde se mencione el concepto, el importe abonado y los datos personales (nombre, domicilio y NIF).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;6. Sin embargo, el Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida podrá pedir cualquier otra documentación que considere necesaria, según las circunstancias y características del caso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;7. Si la documentación presentada es incompleta o incorrecta, el Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida requerirá a la entidad beneficiaria para que la complete o subsane la deficiencia en el plazo improrrogable de 10 días.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;8. Si de la documentación presentada para la justificación de la subvención se desprende que no se han cumplido las previsiones de aspectos que se han tenido en cuenta para puntuar, se modificará la cuantía de la subvención concedida en función de la puntuación que efectivamente habría obtenido. El importe correspondiente a la minoración devolverá a la aplicación presupuestaria correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. REVOCACIÓN Y REINTEGRO&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Las subvenciones son de concesión voluntaria, revocable y reducible si la entidad beneficiaria se ve afectada por alguna de las causas previstas en la Ley, a la Ordenanza Municipal, así como en el caso de que incumpla alguna de las obligaciones previstas en las bases y en la presente convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;En estos casos, previa tramitación del correspondiente procedimiento administrativo, la entidad beneficiaria deberá reintegrar las cantidades percibidas y los intereses de demora que correspondan.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. INFRACCIONES O SANCIONES.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;El incumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en las bases o en esta convocatoria o en la normativa de aplicación, dará lugar a la aplicación del régimen de infracciones y sanciones establecido en el Título V de la Ordenanza Municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;Es de aplicación a esta convocatoria la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, General de Subvenciones; el Real Decreto 877/2006, de 21 de julio, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley 38/2003; la Ordenanza General Reguladora de la Concesión de Subvenciones del Ayuntamiento de Santa Margalida (BOIB Núm.142 de 29/09/2012); Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas; el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004 por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales; las Bases de Ejecución del Presupuesto Municipal para el año 2019 y demás normativa que resulte de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;16. RECURSOS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:10pt; margin-left:0cm; margin-right:0cm; margin-top:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;La resolución que recaiga en este procedimiento no pone fin a la vía administrativa. Contra ella se puede interponer el recurso de reposición en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente de su notificación. Alternativamente y en el plazo de dos meses se puede interponer ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo recurso contencioso administrativo. Todo ello sin perjuicio de cualquier otro recurso que proceda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
