    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se hace público que el Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión extraordinaria celebrada día 6 de septiembre de 2019, ha adoptado el acuerdo relativo a la creación de la Comisión Coordinadora de Competencias Municipales, que a continuación se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;“15&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. Examen y aprobación propuesta de creación de la Comisión Coordinadora de Competencias Municipales.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se presenta propuesta de Alcaldia de fecha 30/08/2019, que a continuación se transcribe:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;“PROPUESTA DE CREACIÓN DE LA COMISIÓN COORDINADORA DE COMPETENCIAS MUNICIPALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La estructura de los varios aspectos que conforman la realidad del municipio de Alcudia se refleja en una particular, e igualmente compleja, estructura municipal tal y como resulta del Decreto 1122/2019, de 12 de julio, que distingue doce Áreas de gestión municipal cómo son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Área de Alcaldía, Personal y Patrimonio Histórico y Municipal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Área de Hacienda, Contratación y Estadística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. Área de Educación, Cultura y Ferias&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. Área de Urbanismo, Deportes y Juventud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Área de Comercio, Promoción Económica y Fiestas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Área de Servicios Generales, Mantenimiento y Obras municipales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;7. Área de Sanidad, Bienestar Social, Igualdad, Participación Ciudadana y&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Mercados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;8. Área de Gestión de Residuos y Playas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;9. Área de Turismo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;10. Área de Transparencia, Informática y Relaciones Institucionales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;11.Área de Medio ambiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;12. Área de Normalización Lingüística&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Esta estructura municipal se completa, por su propia naturaleza orgánica y funcional, con las delegaciones genéricas y específicas que resultan de los Decretos 1145 a 1152 y 1155 del año 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Cualquier organización necesita, en atención a los principios de eficacia y eficiencia, una coordinación adecuada a su propia estructura. En el caso del municipio de Alcúdia, el alcance y complejidad de las competencias y las realidades sectoriales que confluyen en el Ayuntamiento, hacen necesario la articulación de un órgano específico en el marco del cual los titulares de las Áreas delegadas, ya sea por delegación genérica ya sea por delegación específica, puedan poner de manifiesto los diferentes aspectos de su gestión diaria y planificación que pueden converger o colidir con las demás Áreas municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Así, este órgano complementario se encargará de la necesaria coordinación sobre la que se tienen que regir las relaciones Interdepartamentales para conseguir una efectiva eficiencia de los recursos públicos evitando duplicidades, y una óptima planificación entre las distintas Áreas municipales, todo en conformidad con la potestad de organización propia del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, y las previsiones contenidas en la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local, y la Ley 20/2006 balear del régimen municipales hacia los órganos complementarios.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En este sentido, consta informe jurídico, emitido por el Letrado municipal y por el Secretario de la Corporación, favorable que pone de manifiesto la viabilidad jurídica de la creación de la Comisión Coordinadora de Competencias Municipales como órgano complementario, advirtiendo de la necesidad de aprobación del acuerdo por mayoría absoluta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Consiguientemente, por todo el que precede, y en conformidad con las facultades y a atribuciones que resultan de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local, y la Ley 20/2006 balear del régimen municipal, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;PROPONGO Al /AL PLENARIO DEL AYUNTAMIENTO De ALCÚDIA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt; la adopción de los siguientes &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ACUERDOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;PRIMERO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;. - Crear la Comisión Coordinadora de Competencias Municipales, como órgano complementario no ejecutivo, para conseguir una efectiva coordinación entre las diferentes Áreas municipales en atención a los principios de eficiencia y planificación de los recursos del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. - Aprobar los Estatutos de la Comisión Coordinadora de Competencias Municipales, adjuntos como Anexo a esta propuesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;TERCERO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;. - Publicar esta Acuerdo, y su Anexo, en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sin embargo, el Plenario resolverá el que considere más conveniente a los intereses municipales.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ANEXO&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;ESTATUTOS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;DE LA COMISIÓN COORDINADORA DE COMPETENCIAS MUNICIPALES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 1. Naturaleza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1.- La Comisión Coordinadora de Competencias Municipales, en adelante la Comisión Coordinadora, se constituye bajo la emparamenta de la potestad de autoorganización de los municipios prevista en el art. 4 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local, y la previsión del art. 20.3 de la misma LBRL en conformidad con la previsión de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, municipal y del régimen local de las Islas Baleares, en particular su art. 94.3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2.- La Comisión Coordinadora desarrollará exclusivamente tareas informativas y de aportación de propuestas con relación a la coordinación entre los servicios municipales propios de cada una de las Áreas en que se estructura la organización del Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia, con la finalidad básica de llevar a cabo una adecuada coordinación y una efectiva eficiencia de los recursos municipales evitando duplicidades.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3.- Los acuerdos o propuestas surgidas de la Comisión Coordinadora tendrán carácter de recomendación y/o consultivo, sin que, en ningún caso, tengan carácter decisorio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 2. Finalidades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Son finalidades propias de la Comisión Coordinadora, que se encuentran en el fundamento de la creación de este órgano, las siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Constituir un espacio de diálogo, información y foro debate entre los regidores delegados de las distintas Áreas de Gestión municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Coordinar la gestión diaria y la planificación de los servicios de las distintas Áreas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Identificar las duplicidades que se puedan producir en la gestión de las distintas Áreas municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Formular las propuestas que se consideren convenientes y necesarias para eliminar las duplicidades identificadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Formular las propuestas que se consideren convenientes y necesarias para conseguir una efectiva eficiencia de los recursos materiales y humanos de que dispone el Ayuntamiento de Alcúdia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Detectar y canalizar las necesidades que, en el ámbito municipal, se puedan producir en la confluencia de las distintas Áreas municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Formular propuestas para solucionar situaciones que afecten el normal desarrollo de los servicios de las Áreas que resulten confluentes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- Hacer seguimiento de la gestión municipal, a partir de las actuaciones y planos aprobados por el Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 3 . Ámbito&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El ámbito de actuación la Comisión Coordinadora de Competencias Municipales se circunscribe al municipio de Alcúdia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 4.&amp;nbsp; Duración&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comisión Coordinadora de Competencias Municipales se constituye por tiempo indefinido, sin perjuicio que sus miembros puedan variar con motivo de las delegaciones decretadas por la Alcaldía.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 5. Domicilio&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Se fija el domicilio la Comisión Coordinadora de Competencias Municipales a la Calle Mayor, 9 (edificio de la Sala).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 6. Régimen de las sesiones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comisión Coordinadora de Competencias Municipales se reunirá, con carácter ordinario, el primero y el tercer lunes de cada mes a las 13 horas sin necesidad de convocatoria previa. En caso de que el día en que se tenga que celebrar la sesión ordinaria sea inhábil, la sesión se celebrará en el siguiente día habilidoso a la misma hora. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Así mismo, se podrá reunir de manera extraordinaria a iniciativa del presidente que lo tendrá que convocar con un mínimo de dos días habilidosos indicando un orden del día. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 7. Miembros la Comisión Coordinadora de Competencias Municipales&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comisión Coordinadora de Competencias Municipales está integrada por cada uno de los regidores que, en cada momento, tenga conferida una delegación de las competencias de Alcaldía, ya sea una delegación genérica o una delegación específica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La presidencia de la Comisión corresponde a la Alcaldía municipal, y actuará como secretario, con voz pero sin voto, el secretario de la corporación o persona que delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 8. De la Constitución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La Comisión Coordinadora de Competencias Municipales, tanto en sesión ordinaria cómo en sesión extraordinaria, quedará válidamente constituida cuando&amp;nbsp; concurra el Presidente, o la persona en quien delegue, y al menos dos regidores&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 9. De las deliberaciones y acuerdos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;De las sesiones, que no serán públicas, se&amp;nbsp; extenderá una acta con una sucinta referencia a los asuntos tratados. Los acuerdos que, en su caso, se adopten se perderán por mayoría simple de los asistentes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Artículo 10. Derechos de los miembros del Consejo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Todos y cada uno de los miembros de la Comisión Coordinadora&amp;nbsp; tienen los siguientes derechos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;a. Asistir, participar y elevar propuestas y mociones en las sesiones de la Comisión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;b. Ejercitar el derecho de voto, y también hacer constar en acta los puntos que considere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;c. Formular ruegos y preguntas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;d. Obtener cualquier información que estime necesaria por el correcto desarrollo de su cargo, y también solicitar los antecedentes y documentos que necesite con relación a los asuntos a tratar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:105%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e. Todos aquellos derechos inherentes a la condición de miembro de la Comisión como órgano complementario del Ayuntamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
