    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por resolución de Alcaldía núm. 220/2019, de fecha 6 de septiembre de 2019, ha acordado aprobar la Oferta de Empleo Público de este Ayuntamiento para el año 2019, que contiene los siguientes puestos de trabajo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vista la aprobación definitiva del Presupuesto muncipal del ejercicio 2019 (BOIB número 08 de día 17 de enero de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Visto que hay en la Plantilla de Personal 3 plazas de Policías Locales y que se quiere cubrir 1 de dichas plazas que se considera necesaria en el presente ejercicio para el buen funcionamiento de los servicios municipales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vistos los informes emitidos por el Secretario de esta Corporación, así como lo dispuesto en los artículos 91 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local y en el artículo 70 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado público aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Examinada la documentación que la acompaña, visto el informe de Secretaría, y de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.- &lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Aprobar la Oferta de Empleo Público de este Ayuntamiento para el año 2019, que contiene los siguientes puestos de trabajo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
